Wasn’t really happy with the pizza I got today. They offer a large New York style pizza for $10.99.
The price turned out to be $23.31 more than double than advertised.
The pizza was mediocre at best.
Not hot and very light on toppings
When I asked about the price the employee was kind of snippy and said it’s because there was 3 toppings instead of one.
The link tells you to add 3 toppings.
We order pizza here frequently and this is about the worst pizza I ever had from here.
The service wasn’t much better.

Ordered yesterday, first time having minced garlic as a topping. It was extra delicious . However, the bread sticks had so much butter on them, that they were swimming. The butter leaked all over my car seat. Im extra livid about it. Now Ive got to scrub it, and pray it comes up without having to spend money on a professional cleaning. Whoever needs that much butter on their breads ticks really should see a cardiologist asap lol. Didn’t bother to call, the women who waited on me already seemed irritated at opening. Will come back, but will also double check the bread before leaving.

I ordered small instax, garlic cream cheese dipping sauce, a medium pizza with half the mushrooms and ham and the other half ground beef and pepperoni. All yum! The food was delicious. The pizza had crispy buttery edges plenty of toppings and the right amount of sauce. Garlic cream cheese dip for the breadsticks was delicious you could actually see hunks of garlic in it in the cream cheese was sort of whipped so it was the perfect consistency. Pizza sauce was not thin and watery which is the usual at some of these places these days. The mushrooms were fresh mushrooms which was great. The service was the door dash the food came hot and on time and smoothly with no hiccups and no missing items. I can’t speak to the ambiance because it was delivery and not dine in. They said it was going to be delivered in 35 minutes and it was. I forgot how much I love cottage Inn.

This has been my go-to pizza place for a while. I love the quick service, (delivery and takeout). The pizza is always good, and I really enjoy the chicken wings as well! Check out the offered desserts, they usually have a wide selection if you need a treat after eating some pizza.

I have been a loyal customer at this location, ordering the exact same pizza several times a month without any issues—until now. On 8/15, I ordered my usual pizza, and within two hours of eating it I became violently ill for several hours. This was the only meal I had eaten in the last eight hours, so there is no doubt where it came from.
When I called to report my concerns, instead of being treated with professionalism or care, the so-called “manager on duty” was hostile and dismissive. She outright dismissed my illness as food poisoning, claiming it couldn’t possibly be food poisoning because “it would take at least 24 hours to appear, so you probably have the flu.” This is completely false — some types of food poisoning caused by bacterial toxins can make you extremely sick within 1–6 hours. My concern about potential food safety issues was met with arrogance and denial. Her exact response was: “Well good luck reporting it to the health department, they love us here”—and then she hung up on me.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was I made seriously ill, but I was also treated with arrogance and disrespect when simply trying to report a legitimate food safety concern. That is a massive red flag for how this location is being managed.
To be clear: I will be filing a report with the health department. The callous attitude and lack of accountability shown by this “manager” has cost you a customer permanently. If corporate or ownership cares at all about their reputation, they should take a hard look at the kind of management they are putting in charge.

Moved here 4 years ago and have been ordering weekly. Big family 60.+ orders. Today is the last time. Last 3 orders have been messed up, including no cheese on a pizza and only offed direct replacement. I pick up every time and please keep in mind that we know what’s going on when you can barley keep your eyes open and have a hard time talking. Last week the guy had to ask me 3 time what my name was.

I love Cottage Inn Pizza but the last three order that I have received from this Grand Blanc location look like they have been lying on the edge. I order a large pizza almost every week. When I call to make them aware of the problem the person on the phone did not sound concerned. She claimed that she would talk to the drivers. I am not someone who wants something for nothing but no effort was made to make it right. I should have learned my lesson but I had reward points that I wanted to use. This is the last time that they will get my business.
