I love McAlister’s don’t get me wrong, but it seems like everytime I order a spud and I ask for extra it never fails it’s less than normal. I always ask for extra toppings each time in hopes it will come out with extra but 4 black olives ? Please add extra if it says extra

I ordered the choose 2 with a side salad; the salad had basically no dressing, very few croutons, and they didn’t even give me a fork. When I got up to ask for a fork, the guy behind the counter told the kitchen staff they forgot the fork and the kitchen staff proceeded to laugh about it. Been giving this McAllister’s my hard earned money for over a year and I’m so done. Twenty dollars for a pathetically small sandwich and a fistful of lettuce I couldn’t even eat without having to beg the staff for a utensil they should’ve given me from the jump. Save your money, don’t come here, several grocery stores right down the street and you can make anything McAllister’s offers for a fraction of the cost, and much better quality.

New, modern and clean. Hard working middle aged female employee cleaning off tables. Kuddos to her. There is a Wait in line. Nice young male cashier took our order. He was courteous and efficient. Good quality food. Dining room was clean. Reasonable amount of patrons considering it was dinner time. First visit to this location. I’m sure we will return.
We have returned a few times since previous review. consistently good quality and staff on point.
update: been several times to this location. food quality always good and consistent. Went during workday lunch. Observed a lot of folks eating from area employers. This restaurant is welcomed for this area. A good meal.
good lunch. nice and clean. good fresh ingredients. i highly recommend. cashiers and dining room staff are friendly and polite. during the corona,they are keeping tables spaced apart and staff watchful, keeping tables sanitized.
update update update: multiple duplicate charges on my debit card for the same meal from this location. i think it was the bank’s fault. don’t use your debit card here. another patron said this also happened to them here.
update October 2023: went for dine in in week night early dinner. the young lady at the was register cordial and efficient. she later brought out food. she was terrific and an asset to the restaurant. dining room has tables and booths, and a good atmosphere for casual dining.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! One of the managers, I believe his name is Brandon, has an attitude every single time I go in there. The way he talks to the teenage employees is not okay. There is no reason to speak to people in such a rude manner. It seems like every time I go in there he’s basically bullying the employees. As a grown man he should be embarrassed. I don’t see how he is still employed there. I will no longer be going to this location until he is no longer working there!

11/6/25 Incredible long line for pickup during lunch. Ordered online and drove over. Waited 30+ minutes with a dozen other people and no one getting their food. Had to leave to clock back into work. Never got my food.

By far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had coming from a well known restaurant. I ordered the jalapeno turkey sandwich with bacon. It should have been called a bread sandwich. There was more bread than anything. It came with a thin slice of turkey covered with what was supposed to be jalapeno cheese, tasted more like provolone and a thin slice of bacon. Very disappointed, and this was after waiting more than 30min

Came to dine in, got confused looks from the workers so wasn’t sure who was going to take my order. Ordered the ultimate nachos and it was basically all chili and little cheese only enough to cover the chips in the center

Honestly they used to be great and once in a great while you can still get lucky. But normally their food isn’t worth half the price anymore.
Look at this chef salad order via website and picked up today. That is sad for an $11 salad. But this is fairly common anymore.
