Decided to stop in and try for some pizza! Had the meat lovers medium pie and it was full of meat and very tasty. Also had the mozzarella sticks and they were good too! Nice small restaurant that is very clean and kept. Staff is really nice and friendly.

My water cup was dirty on the inside
Glad to see they have a waitress that smiles. However, it can also come across as not genuine when the human aspect is missing or if waitress lacks listening skills.
I think if I say it’s my daughter’s bday, we can all use common sense as to what should happens.
At the very least, help cheering it up and make the little girl feel special.
Do better Sal’s, you’re a restaurant. Teach your staff how to handle guests celebrating their birthdays. Especially kids

This how my food was given to me and for 27 dollars I was better off just making this at home.
Girl gave me the wrong salad and I asked her did you add ranch she lied and said yes I did .

My son and I came in for an early dinner. I ordered a chicken parm dinner and my son got a slice of cheese pizza. Katherine was so friendly and provided us with amazing customer service! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were plenty big for leftovers! I will definitely be back!!!

Great restaurant. Neighborhood joint at the end of the Publix shopping center. Place is clean and nicely decorated. The food is fresh and freakin’ delicious! Pizza is awesome. The spaghetti is great. Mozzarella sticks are lightly friend and paired w a nice tomato sauce. Calamari is very good paired w thicker marinara. Cant go wrong w any dish you choose. “Good soup.” Awesome service!

⭐ ONE STAR — After 12 Years, I’m Officially Done
I’ve been ordering from this place for 12 years, at least once a week out of convenience but after last night, I’m done. Overpriced and the customer service and management hit an all-time low.
I ordered two pies and a 2-liter for delivery. After 60 minutes, I called for an update and Gia tells me the order hasn’t even left yet. I asked if picking it up would be faster, and she said yes. I arrived 5 minutes later, and when I asked to remove the delivery fee, she literally turned around and walked away without a word. I stood there for 10 minutes until I finally asked the guy making the pizzas what happened. He asked my name and found my two pies sitting there the whole time — no explanation, no apology.
I left frustrated, only to get home and realize they forgot my 2-liter. When I called back, Gia was again rude and told me delivery for just the soda would take almost an hour. I asked for the manager, and she refused to give me his name — said he wasn’t there, same for the supervisor. So I drove back in person, waited in line again, and still got the runaround. Only when I insisted did the “supervisor on duty” finally tell me the manager’s name is Jeff.
After all that? No accountability. No apology. No solution.
This location is mismanaged, understaffed, overpriced, and rude to loyal customers. There were two tables in the whole restaurant and they still couldn’t handle basic service on a Tuesday night. It was empty!
I’ve made the easy decision to never order from Sal’s Miramar (Monarch Lakes) again. I’ll happily drive farther to another location and will be encouraging my neighbors to do the same. After 12 years of loyalty, this was the final straw.
Gia sucks. The guy making the pizza behind the counter sucks. The manager sucks. The owner sucks.

I normally (order about once every three months) order carry out so do not have an opinion on in door dining. Recently, I called at exactly 8:37pm and they close at 9pm. I was answered and asked to hold. Once 8:57pm hit and I was still holding, I concluded they weren’t going to answer. I would have preferred for them to tell me that they would not take my order for calling 20 minutes before close. Even so, 20 minutes before close to just put customers on hold and let them stay there is villainous. Will skip this place next time

Love visiting Sal’s. I always recommend frinds & family to visit Sal’s and enjoy well prepared Italian meals at this wonderful establishment. The dishes are always prepared with passion and love. I highly recommend it, especially if you live in NW dade, Miramar, and P. Pines. You can thank me later. Complimenti al cuoco
