I used to really hate Starbucks. Now Starbucks is one of my favorite places. I love this specific location compared to others. This location has the friendliest staff. The drinks are amazing. This is the only Starbucks location in town that you can get the BEST brown sugar shaken espresso. In fact the only coffee shop in town that makes a great brown sugar based drink. I regularly go to this Starbucks. Every time is a great experience. They are very fast and kind. Amazing customer service and amazing drinks. The service and taste is worth the price.

The seal on my package was opened. My protein box had moldy apples. Never had a bad experience at a Starbucks up until today. This package must’ve been sitting there far to long.

Waited in line for an hour. Drinks were tasteless, watery, and just overall terrible. Staff was 100% useless after waiting in line for over an hour most employees were standing around doing nothing. Ice was practically melted when I got the drinks never again.

I understand drive through is important, but when customers are standing in the store, make them your priority. I have now been in this store 20 minutes waiting for 3 coffees & 1 egg bite. Unnecessary to wait that long. Just passing through, so hopefully the next one will be better.

The only problem is that the prices have become way too high. And unlike the past, you now, nickel and dime customers for every extra or substitution of a syrup. I can no longer change the simple syrup to the sugar free vanilla syrup, without being charged for it. I rarely go there anymore because of these factors. But I miss the old starbucks.

This is my go to coffee shop. There’s usually a long line, but it’s worth the wait. Sara, the manager is so sweet as well as the rest of their staff!
