Food: tasty overall, though some dishes, especially meat and sides, could be a bit more flavorful.
Staff: slightly tired, not very smiley, service is adequate but not outstanding.
Verdict: a decent spot for dinner if you want to explore Russian-Uzbek cuisine, though small service and flavor quirks hold it back from being exceptional.
Restaurant is very clean. A/C is set to a comfortable temperature. It is cozy inside, tastefully decorated, with high ceiling and a pleasant, relaxing lake vista in the tall windows which also allows lots of natural light, that in turn adds to the peaceful vibe of the interior ambiance of the eatery.
I had ukha (fish soup), kutab, chicken kebab, honey cake, napoleon cake and green tea with ginger, lemon and mint.
Great food but not sure we’d go back.
The service deserves its own standing ovation—warm, attentive, and on point from start to finish. They truly make you feel like a VIP. This is hands-down one of the best dining experiences in Boca. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. Beluga House is a MUST.
The seating ranges from outside overlooking the water, to inside on velvety chairs and sofas.
The live music is a special treat as not many establishments offer this kind of experience. It is happy, lively, and engaging. For my mother in law’s birthday, the singer made a musical birthday tribute with Eastern European songs and truly added to the evening.
The khachapuri, the soups, salads are wonderful appetizers. The fish and lamb dishes are amazing. The kebabs are so juicy and flavors.
You can’t go wrong with this menu, but if you don’t know what to order, ask the staff and they will make recommendations.
Don’t be afraid to try this incredible Uzbek cuisine.
5 stars for delicious food and wonderful staff and ambiance.
