We were visiting Boca Raton and spotted this waterfront restaurant with authentic Eastern Europe/Central Asia food. We were pleasantly surprised with everything with tried. Also, our lovely waitress Anastasia was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding ingredients and helped us to make great choices. We went there two days in the row. Highly recommend!

Pricey, but well worth it. Outstanding authentic Eastern European cuisine (I am originally from those parts, so I know what I am talking about ☝️) Very professional, polite and friendly service dressed in uniform in motives native to Eastern Eropean culture (fun and subtle touch). My waitress patiently and without a blink listened to my blabbering about the frying process of kutabs, lol, and seemed to be genuinely passionate and proud about the food and the establishment itself, which is so precious and telling in my opinion.
Restaurant is very clean. A/C is set to a comfortable temperature. It is cozy inside, tastefully decorated, with high ceiling and a pleasant, relaxing lake vista in the tall windows which also allows lots of natural light, that in turn adds to the peaceful vibe of the interior ambiance of the eatery.
I had ukha (fish soup), kutab, chicken kebab, honey cake, napoleon cake and green tea with ginger, lemon and mint.

Amazing food however the service left something to be desired. We asked for water twice but never got any, we got our food before our cocktails. Servers were running from table to table and it really wasn’t that busy.

The food is PHENOMENAL. Every single dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and plated like a work of art. You can genuinely taste the quality and care in every bite.
The service deserves its own standing ovation—warm, attentive, and on point from start to finish. They truly make you feel like a VIP. This is hands-down one of the best dining experiences in Boca. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. Beluga House is a MUST.

Beluga House is such a warm and welcoming restaurant. The staff goes above and beyond for the customers.
The seating ranges from outside overlooking the water, to inside on velvety chairs and sofas.
The live music is a special treat as not many establishments offer this kind of experience. It is happy, lively, and engaging. For my mother in law’s birthday, the singer made a musical birthday tribute with Eastern European songs and truly added to the evening.
The khachapuri, the soups, salads are wonderful appetizers. The fish and lamb dishes are amazing. The kebabs are so juicy and flavors.
You can’t go wrong with this menu, but if you don’t know what to order, ask the staff and they will make recommendations.
Don’t be afraid to try this incredible Uzbek cuisine.

We had an amazing experience. Every single dish we ordered was beyond delicious. The flavors, the presentation, just everything about each dish was amazing!!! The photos on Google don’t do the restaurant or their food any justice. We sat outside. The seating and ambience was perfect. The service was on point and our waiter was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Oh, and their strawberry cocktail is a must try if you are a light drinker. Not too strong and not too sweet. I definitely will be returning, and 100% recommend. It’s a must try!!!!
