The past two times i have ordered delivery i was quoted 20-40 minutes in the app. Which is fine and totally doable in a busy area. The first time, my order took nearly two hours. I was offered a free pizza to redeem because it took so long. No biggie. Today i ordered a bigger meal for me and my roommate, including the free pizza. I placed the order at 11:43. I was quoted 20-35 minutes. My order was in quality check at 1:13. It is 1:35 AM and my order still has not left the store. I don’t think I will order from this location again, this is disappointing.

I usually love Dominos, but today was awful. I did a delivery order at 7:13pm and my food was not delivered until 8:30pm. I live 8 minutes away!! One of the 2 pizzas was burned around the edges, and both looked like they were tossed in the box. They were cold and had to be reheathed. All I got was a cheap coupon.

I did a pickup from this store and when I got to my house and opened the box there was hair on my food. I called the store twice and sat on hold for 10 minutes and it took me calling customer service and them transferring me to the store for them to answer. When I called I voiced my concern and the workers proceeded to tell me nobody in the store has hair. I then responded by saying I don’t know what happened or who has what but there is hair in my food as he keep reiterating to me that nobody has hair. There was no solution and overall my experience was horrible.

Worker had the nastiest attitude today(9/27). I Order extra sauce and cheese, also additional toppings. Pizza was super dry and nasty, it gave am eating a piece of Cardboard! First and last time.

I ordered tonight and the app said it was on its way. It’s been over an hour at this point, so I try to call to check on it and whoever was working kept answering the phone and hanging it up repeatedly. Over 5 times….
I order from this location often. Have never experienced service like this.
Guess have to call for a refund tomorrow considering they keep hanging up the phone.

Idk what happened tonight, but I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza & some garlic twists. Buffalo chicken pizza had no buffalo sauce on it & tasted horrible without it & got parm twists instead. Got a refund & reordered it. Got the second buffalo chicken pizza & it was still missing buffalo sauce. Thankful I got refunded both times, but just frustrating. I’ve ordered from this domino’s for the last 3 years & have never had an issue until tonight. Also just kind of annoyed with how the manager insinuated I was lying about the second pizza because he saw her cut it, but I even tried the pizza & there’s not a single piece of buffalo sauce on either pizza. I’ve gotten this pizza multiple times over the years (its my regular order) & I know how it tastes & looks.

I really liked the veggie pasta, which had perfectly creamy Alfredo sauce mixed with mushrooms and other veggies, but I think they changed the recipe. Their pizza was great and freshly baked at a low price. The app has lots of great offers too.

This location sucks. A couple weeks ago we ordered a Philly cheese sandwich and Hawaiian pizza. Sandwich was pathetic, no cheese, little meat, uncooked mushrooms. Pizza had all condiments together, nothing was spread out – it was also prepared wrong, needed to be a thin crust square cut. Got a regular hand tossed, sliced.
Whole experience sucked. Wasted $30. We called the store and got a measly $10 credit, they said it’d be on my account, under my phone number and that all i needed to do was call it in. Anyways i called Thursday to place an order and they said “sorry manager isn’t here to give you that discount” discount?? What a freaking scam. This location sucks, the whole staff sucked. From the person on the phone, to the crappy cook, to the cheap excuse of a manager.
