This is one of my favorite places to go inside & eat a good meal & their shakes are amazing too! I have tried several things on their menu & everything I’ve tried has been really good. But the main reason I love this place so much is because it’s kind of old fashioned & the people that work there are as sweet as they can be & you just dont see many places like that around anymore.If you haven’t been to this place,you should try it.It doesn’t disappoint:)

Ate here on our first night and another night later in the week. Was not disappointed either time. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The person that took our order was friendly and courteous. There is inside and outside dining. We used both. The inside is a little small, but clean.

After spending almost $50 on ice cream and drinks, our last order turned out like this. When asked if they could clean it up a little (yes, this is the cleaned up photo), the eye roll and death stare sealed the deal. Very disappointing. Since this establishment is for sale, perhaps a new owner can turn it around.

Fantastic burgers! Seriously the best “western” burger I’ve ever had.
I had the Okie Burger with added green chili which had a nice heat from the chilis and chipotle aioli. The grilled onions were perfectly cooked too.
But…the Wild West Burger…wow! Served on Texas toast along with two onion rings, bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce…just wow. This isn’t normally my thing either but I will definitely be getting it next time.
Friendly staff, quick service and nice atmosphere with some rail / bar seating outside. Definitely stop to cure that burger craving!

These yummy burgers were way bigger than I expected. Mustard! Is there special ingredient. I usually don’t like it, but his was a quality burger with pickles, tomato, onion, and it all tastes great together. Very crowded during Labor Day weekend when we went. Took our burgers and fries the nice park down the road. Mask and 6’ distance requested, but not enforced (understandably). I ordered a coke, but didn’t get it. Not sure if they forgot to give it to me or if I forgot to wait for it. Sorry i forgot to take a photo of the burger.

Great experience. All food is made fresh. We ordered a double burger and chicken sandwich. Onion rings were a little overdone. Unfortunately, we were too full for shakes and ice cream afterwards.

The burgers and shakes are the real deal, and just what you would hope for in a small town burger spot. The dining room is very small so you’ll need to be patient just to get in the door, much less finding a seat to eat. However, the food is worth it and the staff is friendly. If it’s a good weather day, there is plenty of seating outside which allows for good people watching. The fried pickles and mushrooms are really good, the burgers are great, and the shakes are worth saving a little room. Or, you can always walk it off and come back by for dessert.

I was walking by and they have a paper laminated menu posted to the right of the front door. It has printed prices. When you go inside to order the prices on the digital board are different. This is false advertising.
The paper outside says the fries are included with there burgers but when you go inside they say “The fries are an up charge and we will not honor what the price says outside “ zoom in on the receipt.
The business is required by state law to only have one uniform price for items not multiple prices. The price I paid inside was higher than the price listed outside. The digital boards inside reflect higher amount. I have proof. Look at the picture of my receipt VS what the price is on the paper outside. When I questioned the staff they said “Sir everyone know the prices outside are not right and we have the right to charge whatever price we want”. Not only is this illegal but also the worst customer service I have ever received at any red River food establishment. Disgusting .
