I really enjoyed my visit to Matcha Cafe Maiko in Duluth. The drink I got was delicious — the matcha was rich and smooth, and the soft-serve on top was creamy and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. The shop itself is clean and welcoming, and the menu has so many unique choices that it’s hard to pick just one. Definitely a great spot for matcha lovers. I’ll be coming back!

This place was very beautiful and had a nice decor. The atmosphere and vibe inside at also very nice. The food was great. The strawberry matcha and vanilla matcha ice cream were amazing. I highly recommend this place. You can visit with friends or family or just have a cute date. It was a great experience visiting this spot.

Very small shop but absolutely worth a visit! The staff were friendly and we got drinks quickly. As a matcha connoisseur, I was very pleased by the quality of the matcha served here, you can buy powder too! We got matcha ice cream floats, both high flavor and satiating. I recommend coming on a weekday when they are less busy so you can sit in the traditional Japanese seating. Will be coming back!

This place definitely deserves more recognition. The decor felt very welcoming, and there were lots of areas for seating. I got the Matcha-Vanilla soft serve, and it was to die for. Super clean, delicious, and an amazing experience. 10/10, highly recommend.

Amazing! I got the viral banana pudding on their matcha & ube ice cream and I was obsessed. I’m not a huge fan of banana but still really enjoyed this dessert. Also love how the sweetness is not overpowering. The ube ice cream is also really tasty.

If you ever crave for some sweet matcha soft served ice cream, this is the place to go. They serve seasonal ice cream flavors and Ube is my other favorite. Definitely try it out!

The matcha ice cream was just okay. I’ve had much better in other spots in Duluth. The guy working at the desk was not friendly at all. I asked about the seaosnal flavor (which isn’t listed in the menu so we have no choice but to ask) and he looked annoyed by my question. We had the yuzu cheesecake and that was about $5 and it was literally two bites of cheesecake. This was our first and last time coming here. Overpriced and overhyped. Employees need to learn how custumer service works.

It’s always crowded on Sundays, but people generally keep it moving because of that. It still manages to be cosy because you won’t be thinking about anybody around you once you dig in to your treats. Do take home a pint of ice cream.
The cones for soft serve are fantastic. Perfectly thin and vanilla flavoured. Definitely opt for those over a cup.

This location definitely has better special flavors and toppings. Had the Dubai chocolate with chocolate soft serve and i can’t stop thinking about it! Best soft serve ice cream sundae ive ever had!
