This place is truly an iconic local bar with a good selection of food and drinks. We had the Smash Burger and the Legends Cheese Burger basket. The fries were good and the coleslaw was way above average. The stamped tin ceiling, great backbar, and old photos give this place that neighborhood bar feeling. The service was a little slow, but understandable due to the fact every seat was taken. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

For a genuine neighborhood bar feeling, look no further! This iconic local spot has a great vibe, thanks to its stamped tin ceiling, great backbar, and old photos. Beyond the atmosphere, the food is great too! We had the Smash Burger and the Legends Cheese Burger, and both were delicious. The coleslaw was way above average, and the fries were good. They have a good selection of food and drinks and definitely deliver a quality experience.

Stop here to check it out. My waitress, Lindsey was the best!!! Got a tenderloin and hot wings. Everything was great! They have nice outdoor patio dining area.Definitely recommend if you are on the south side of Richmond.

Good food served with a side of history. From the back bar from 1852, to the ceiling from 1888, ttyl one off the best pork tenderloin sandwiches I’ve had in a long time, thirds bar and grill has it all. Friendly, efficient service, and cheap craft beer from Indiana breaks top it off. If you’re visiting Richmond from out of town, or a local, this place is worth heading to for a meal or a drink. Can’t go wetting either way.

This was my first time at Legends Bar & Grill and it definitely won’t be my last. This small bar & grill is a true Richmond gem. We had the Legends Burger and Penguin Tenderloin Sandwich both were delicious. The beer was ice-cold and the staff was very friendly. This is a true neighborhood bar and grill you must be 21 or older.

I have eaten their food once before as a carry out at work, but this is the first time I ate in there. I ordered a Mega Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Sweet Potato Fries, and Diet Coke. They were delicious. I understand this is a historic bar, and I like the pictures on the wall.
UPDATE: January 5, 2023-I went back and tried their The One That Got Away Fish Sandwich, Sweet Potato Fries, and a Diet Coke. The sandwich and fries were delicious. I got more pictures of the photos on the wall. I do think their prices have gone up since the last time I was there.
