I’m not sure what happened today. I’ve order from this store before and never experienced such slow service. At one point there were 3 guys just standing around looking at the grill. Took them about 30 mins to make my food and when it was done this is what I was presented. Most unpleasant Jersey mikes experience.

I have been to this location twice after walking over the GWB and once driving. Staff are excellent at what they do. Restaurant very clean and well managed. The only one thing I don’t like is that the manager doesn’t allow the staff to make more of the Rosemary bread, so if you come after 8pm you should expect only white bread

This Jersey mikes was my first time ever going. I really enjoyed it, the workers were very welcoming to you. In there it’s like your family there. It’s like they really know each customer who comes in from what I saw. The manager Hamp was really cool and chill. And the sandwiches i got were REALLY DELICIOUS. But hands down the best thing there is the Philly cheese steak I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT to anyone. I can’t explain it you just have to try it. And I let them all know how good that Philly cheese steak was too.

I have never seen such a disgusting Jersey Mike’s store before. I waited almost 25 minutes and they didn’t even start my order. And they insulted me and said if you don’t want to wait you don’t have to eat here. I will never set foot in this store again
