I literally love the location. It’s a little tucked away and hidden, which makes it feel special. The only tricky part is there’s no parking right in front of the shop, so you may have to walk a bit and pay for parking—but it’s really not bad (about 50¢–$1 per hour).
Oh my god … the sandwich and the onion soup were phenomenal . The service was amazing too—We were so happy to find this sandwich spot and will definitely be coming back.

I have to fight the urge to go here everyday I’m in town, which is fairly regularly. I have never ordered anything that wasn’t 10/10.
The name change didn’t change the great food and service. Used to be the Out Post, new owner starting July 2025.
New owner is super friendly and loves what he does. The menu is nothing but amazing. I’ve tried a bunch and the citadine, and beefy boy are my favorites on the regular menu. They do have rotating specials that are just as good.
I feel bad I haven’t written a review earlier. I just had get on here and tell people they should be coming here for sandwiches and salads.
Happy hour gets you a couple bucks off from 3-5 M-F.

I got a Citadine Sandwich with a Grain Bowl and it was the best meal I’ve had in a while. Food was fresh, wholesome and delicious. Excellent shop. Will be back!

This was our first time in and it was so so much better than we could have imagined. The bread was super fresh and both the beefy boy and the ham and butter were delicious! The owner was super friendly and you could tell put a lot of care into his food. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu

Stopped by for a quick lunch which ended in us sitting at the counter for nearly two hours as we didn’t want to leave! As per the owners recommendation we had the apple salad, beefy boy sandwich, and the French onion soup. We were blown away by how simple yet fresh and flavorful everything was. High quality food with excellent service.
For anyone wanting to support local businesses owned and run by people living in the neighborhood this is a must try!

Not Bad had some big shoes to fill, given the previous tenants of this place – they have succeeded. The staff are friendly and can help guide any dietary restrictions or if items need some translating/explanation. The quality is excellent for the speed and price and easily a hit for the local businesses nearby. Don’t skip the dessert selection either, they’re not joking. The baguettes are reminiscent of true Parisian style and go great with their meat and meatless options. Easy online ordering if you need it.

I’d say they more than live up to their name. Really good sandwiches, great service, and it’s cool that they opened up the outdoor counter again. Will definitely be going back regularly. I especially loved the chicken schnitzel sandwich, and the beefy boy.
