I got one of the bowls with rice. I had actually asked to have it with noodles but when they brought get out with the rice and we pointed out that it was incorrect I didn’t want to wait to have the dish roommate. The rice was dry, chewy and clumped together in several places and there was a hair in it as I showed it to the gentleman behind the counter I Saw a hair and tangled in the clump of rice and actually pulled the hair out of the clump of rice in front of him. He offered to comp my dish and make it again. However we had already waited over 40 minutes for our food. Now we’re sitting here at the end and there are only people at two other tables yet The waitress has not ask if we need another drink as the glasses set empty and have been since she brought out food. I felt bad for bringing my out of town guest here and won’t make that mistake again. Lastly, I just fit into something that seem like two small stones. I thought I was almost going to break a tooth and I was told that that was spice. I’m really not that picky I’m trying to be rude but I just wanted to be honest so that other people know and maybe they’ll start wearing hair nuts in the kitchen.

Hard to find gyro’s in the SLV, especially during the colder months. Thankfully the Bliss has a splendid gyro, served open faced, with a side of chips. Delicious!

The Bliss is so delicious! My husband and I split a savory and a sweet creep. The Radiance and The Miracle! Both were so delicious we couldn’t pick a favorite. The vibes were chill and relaxing and it didn’t feel like a long wait at all for our meal. Will definitely be back!

We visited a couple weeks ago and this cafe was great for dinner. I got the Banhmi sandwich and my partner got a curry bowl (I forgot which bowl) but it was tasty! No denying it was fresh. They were short-staffed, but the food was worth the wait.

Very good food when you are in Crestone. I had the yellow curry bowl with chicken. Chicken was tender and sliced easy to eat in the bowl. Great flavors of curry and other items.

Oh my goodness, my wife & I stumbled upon this place last night because we were staying in a nearby AirBnB, and this was the only restaurant in the area that was open. So we went in with low expectations and HOLY COW DID WE LOVE IT! Everyone — the owner, the staff, the townspeople, you name it — were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the get-go. And the food was just amazing. I had tacos, and my wife had the PadThai bowl. We couldn’t get over how tasty it was! It’s not fancy, mind you, but it is so warm and welcoming. Definitely worth the time and the drive! Hope to visit again sometime.

Eclectic menu that, maybe because of the remoteness of Crestone, doesn’t always have everything in stock. Very nice hosts & staff.

Gabriella really blew my mind with her level of artistry tending bar and acute powers of cultural criticism.

Although she turned down my offers of live shoe gaze music, her apple martinis softened the impact.

The gentlemen in the back of house also put out some seriously impressive food for such a small town like Crestone. Bahn mi with perfect baguette was a surprise. It impressed me, even though I lived in Vietnam for years.

I haven’t been into this building for five years and wow the new crew had brought this place back to a full sense of life.

Bravo
