I have been at the signature bagel four times. Each time there were fights with staff and a customer. The last one was myself. Four times and the last time was with me. Signature bagel staff has zero respected to customers. It is to bad because they do have good bagels and coffee. I wouldn’t go back again. There are a lot of bagel stores in the area.

First review I’ve ever had to leave. Was preparing for my break at work so I called in a sandwich and was told 15 minutes went in 15 minutes later went right to the counter they took my name and said one minute. I wait for another 30 minutes as I watch 15 people come in order and leave. Forgot to make my sandwich and I asked for
It to be pressed/warmed and it was ice cold. I then paid 20$ for a sandwich and a can of soda and this wonderful experience. Would’ve asked for a discount but definitely won’t be coming back. Nice people though..

This place is amazing!!!! Came here for breakfast and got the chicken salad on a toasted sesame, it came with the best Mac salad I ever tasted with chips and a drink! Now I’m back here 3 hours later for lunch because it was too good. My wife got a BLT on an onion bagel and the pastrami Reuben is up next. 11/10 I WILL be back again.

I love this bagel store! I get the onion bagel with 2 eggs, sausage, bacon (and I think ham…. no cheese, it’s extra), and it comes with a coffee and hash browns for like $8. The food is really good and the price is outstanding.

Lifelong Riverhead resident and have been going to this bagel shop for well over a decade. I can honestly say Mary is the rudest person I’ve encountered in recent memory while being a patron at any food establishment. If Siganture wasnt the best bagel shop in town, I wouldn’t go back based on how she treats people. If there is a class for customer service, she should attend! Might help her be more friendly instead of outrightly rude for no apparent reason.

This is really sad that I have to write this review but damn this place is not what it used to be. I’ve been coming here for years enjoying the food and the service, but my recent visit today marks an end of era. The quality of the food went down, my bagel was burnt to a crisp when I did not request it to be toasted. I also wanted peppers in my omelette but there was no option for in when I ordered it online. So as I’m picking it up the girl said I have to charge you for peppers even though everything was already paid for. Like really?! This was the last straw, I can no longer support this business with how bad everything has gotten.

Signature bagel changed my way of life. As a young man I am constantly on the move and a delicious Bacon Egg and Cheese or as the kiddos call them “BECS” is something i constantly desire. Signature bagels gives me a Filling yet affordable Breakfast sandwich compared to other delis and bagel places in the area. I love you Signature bagels ❤️
