This is not your average bar food, this is above and beyond. Food is great, along with the serving size and price. Their is indoor and outdoor seating and the staff is very friendly. Great place, will be back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and hungry to stop in.

This is a great spot to grab a bite and a drink. We sat in the patio which is between 2 building and had nice lights hung about for a cozy atmosphere. The service was great, wait reasonable for the time we chose to go, and food was delicious! They tap selection is solid, and while we only had a beer, the cocktails looked great as well. The food selection took comfort food and added a twist, so everyone should be able find something they like. I had the Truffle Fries with my Buffalo Chicken sandwich with blue cheese slaw and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and plan on returning soon.

As a plus they let us have our dog on the patio!

The food here was AMAZING! We got the Mac and cheese (hands down best I’ve ever had) and perfectly cooked beef tenderloin with delicious truffle fries. We rarely get desert but made an exception because the main course was so good, and we were not disappointed by the brownie sundae! The staff were polite and attentive.

Also, I appreciated that staff wore masks here when this was not evident at the other restaurants in West Bend. For those that are following Covid precautions, it was evident the staff took measures to ensure the wellbeing of guests.

How do you combine classic Wisconsin, and modern all in one? West Bend Tap and Tavern. Absolutely loved the atmosphere here, as well as the beautiful Patio. Then there’s the food, a wonderfully updated take on all of your classic tavern foods. I could not have been more pleased with my evening here.

Good food, friendly staff and fast service. A few families were present and it seemed welcoming and relaxed. Not a large amount of indoor space, would bot reccomend for large parties.

Oh man.
5 stars isn’t enough.
Possibly the best burger I’ve had. I got the French onion burger. Just awesome.
Also a great selection of very good craft beer, many of them from Wisconsin.
Like some other of my reviews, if you’re wondering if you should go here and are reading this, drop your phone and hammer that gas to this place. You won’t be disappointed!

Stopped here for dinner after a day of hiking in Port Washington. Had done a quick internet search looking for places to eat in downtown West Bend. There were many good options but we were extremely glad we chose here. Service was wonderful. We hit the end of Happy Hour so we got $1.00 off our beer selections. They have a good selection of draft beers and we chose a couple of dark ones. Delicious. We went without an appetizer although there was a good selection. Husband had a steak, I had the chicken penne pasta. Both were fantastic! Our waiter, Tristan, was attentive but not intrusive. Great experience and very reasonably priced. Two entrees, 2 tall ones, and the book was about $45. We will return.

I have eaten here three times now. The food is good, but probably a bit expensive for the quality. Again, my food has been good, just not over the top.

Service has been excellent, and I will check it out again soon I am sure.

Rolled through West Bend on a bikepacking trip. Asked a local for a recommendation of what to eat and they suggested this place. Was able to park my bike on the patio where I ate the Cajun Pasta and was thoroughly pleased with the dish. Will return on any future trips.
