went in the inside one day last week. I had 2 orders the first order I ordered 3 patties bowels and a bacon patty sandwich. The 2 order was just a patty bowel. When I made it home to give my husband and son their food I was missing 1 of the bowel I called and spoke with a lady letting her know that one of my bowel wasn’t in the bag. She ask me my name I gave it to her she said that she was writing it down.
Because I couldn’t come back because I stay on the Eastside and that was too far to go back once I have already made it home. I went back this morning to hot dog king. I ordered a patty bacon bowel and let the lady that was at the window that I called and that they supposed to replace . She told me that they didn’t see my name. I did what I was supposed to do I spent $21 and some Chang for my order that day and dir them to tell me that they wasn’t going to give me my bowl that I paid for and they didn’t put it in the bag. That is so unprofessional so I just gave y’all my money and didn’t get my food and had to come from east Albany because we don’t have a hot dog king over here any more. Yes I’m highly pissed off. I will not be back over there. The manager would even come back to the window to resolve the issue. When she come to the window the first time she didn’t even address the issue she was talking to my dog in the car and left the window . I asked the lady at the window who was the manager she told me that the lady had just left the window was the manager. So unprofessional. I want my food or my money back and gas money for come twice. I hope the company see this and how they treat their customers I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one. I wasn’t being rude at any time I only wanted what I paid for and didn’t get thats all. Time is already hard and taking my money and food. This was the receipt that was given to me this isn’t what I even ordered he gave me the wrong receiptHave a bless day.

Food, as far as hot dogs are concerned, are good. The cashier was courteous until her coworkers intervened. Then her, all of a sudden, education showed her true colors to customers other than her own. This place needs some serious cleaning then maybe a little respect for it, won’t be bought from customers’ hard earned money.
