Buffet was scarce and staff walked around like they didn’t know what they were doing, and selection of food was bare, cold salad bar was warm and I’ve been to several pizza ranch’s and this was the worst I’ve ever seen and we were all here for a funeral for my husband’s grandma and all of our family together came from all over. Pathetic it was. Plus, none of my family that lives around here will come back to this one either.

My family came right about 5pm tonight for supper. The buffet was rough. Old sitting food or completely gone! Was very disappointed. It took almost 10 minutes before someone even came up to the cash register. Then the arcade…sad so many games out of order. We didn’t even cash our points out because no one was coming back to help.

Saturday, January 31st. I should have taken a picture of the empty pizza area. No breads ticks even. Chicken and salad buffet luckily. Ice cream machine never works. Dont bother to go. Even half the Kid Zone machines were turned off.

Ordered over an hour before they closed 16 boneless wings and an order of potato wedges said it was gonna take an hour and then after confirming my order they closed deliveries 30 minutes earily. Kinda crazy I can order have my order confirmed but get no notice they canceled my food really great service. Wont be ordering from you guys again because there is no reason my 2 items should take an hour at all ridiculous serving times pathetic especially since I was ordering to my place of work but wtv not my problem ill just choose dominos they are better anyways

Waited 10 minutes to pay because employees were chatting in the back. Pizza was hours old (breakfast pizza at 5:00, anyone?) When they got out new pizza, it was raw in the middle.

Came in tonight at 6 pm, no pizzas on the warming table were what people wanted to eat, all specialties that require certain tastes, and everyone passing them up and going for the chicken. Was only able to get a salad, not worth it at all. DONT COME ON SUNDAY.
