What we loved about Fuji Hibachi is that they have sushi and not sushi dishes. But unlike most places that offer both, their sushi was excellent. Very authentic, and not just filled with rice. You can actually taste the sushi flavors is each roll. We highly recommend the dragon roll and the rock n roll. They’re rock n roll is the best we have ever had.

Be wary ordering online from this place, as their descriptions do not match what you get. As stated on the menu, fried rice comes with “choice of protein” but no option to choose – so I put in the notes chicken for choice. The restaurant then adjusted the charge & charged me an additional $3 for chicken in the fried rice with NO option to cancel. Remove the CHOICE OF PROTEIN as what is included in the dish if you are going to adjust to charge more money AFTER the order has already been made. Scammy way of business.
Also editing to add a picture of the lunch special… extremely skimpy on the meat & this is supposed to be “medium rare” steak. not 1 bit of pink. this is a $15 meal. won’t be returning as a customer here.

originally ordered the chicken japanese noodles with no vegetables, add fried rice instead. recieved a call asking what do I mean? I told them no vegetables do fried rice instead. after that phone call, I received another one asking again for clarification of my order? I was at work and had to keep stepping away to answer. when on the phone for the 2nd time, they said I might want the hibachi chicken instead of chicken japanese noodles. I told them I just want chicken rice and noodles, do whatever is easiest. they did the hibachi chicken instead (which is less expensive however I was already charged for the chicken japanese noodle) food is very mediocre for the price point. chicken is hard and overcooked, fried rice is meh, and was told they gave me two portions of noodles since I was overcharged. – one lo mein and one japanese. I only received japanese noodles.the person at front was nice in person and apologized for all the calls. I would not recommended this to anyone due to the confusion about my order, food being mediocre, and being told I received an additional item for the overcharge but instead, did not.

My mom and I decided on sushi for lunch last week. Our normal place was closed on Tuesday, so we stumbled upon this place. We walked in to order takeout for lunch. We chose the two sushi roll lunch deal for $9.25, and we got a spicy tuna roll and shrimp tempura roll. We ordered two special rolls, the Rock N Roll and the Out of Control Roll. Plus an order of Crab Rangoon and the Honey Moon.
Overall, it was great! The basic sushi rolls that you get for their lunch deal are exactly that, basic, and the price is cheap. The Rock N Roll is huge. You will need to unhinge your jaw if you want to eat it in one bite, but yummy! Out of control roll is also tasty.
The Crab Rangoon doesn’t have much crab flavor. I could see it in the cheese filling but not as much as you would expect or hope when ordering Crab Rangoons, so that was disappointing. The Honey Moon was my favorite. The jalapeño was spicy, and the texture was nice with creamy and crunchy.

The owner made things right! I went back once before noticing their response to my review. After I saw it and gave them a call, they took care of everything right away. They even gave me a free sushi roll! The food quality was much better on my return visit. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!
I’d rather pay a little more for quality sushi than be disappointed by this tiny amount of salmon in the roll. Please consider adjusting the price if needed, but don’t skimp on the ingredients!

This place is good, not great, and quick. Dining in, I was surprised by the mix of plastic cutlery, styrofoam, yet real plates. The salads came prepackaged in styrofoam but the entrees and apps came on hard plates. It’s obvious that this place does more takeout business than dine-in by the steady flow of traffic, yet hardly anyone eating inside. The hibachi chicken was decent, but slightly overcooked. There were also black flakes of something that resembled burned food. The spring rolls were tasty. The staff was friendly and fast.

17.75 for hibachi pick two chicken and shrimp and this was the meat portion (rations) the food is amazing here but overpriced for a pound of rice, veggies and a cup of meat. 2nd time trying and thought it would be different but same as last time so leaving a review.

Having recently moved I wanted to try the sushi and this place popped up on Doordash, so I ordered two rolls that sounded good. They weren’t just good, they were PHENOMENAL. I was stunned. The rolls were huge and PACKED with filling. I decided to go back twice since then with my sushi-loving sister to the actual physical location and, again, we were both blown away at the quality. We got different rolls each time and they were enormous, flavorful, fresh, and amazing. This has to be, hands down and by far, my favorite sushi place I’ve ever eaten at. The staff are very cool, knowledgeable, and relaxed. I’m definitely bringing my family back to try the hibachi next!!
