Honestly, it may have been because my phone’s camera is on the fritz but there is not one thing photogenic about the Philly Cheesesteak Bomb I purchased here tonight. You know what it WAS though? Patiently handcrafted and grilled then placed on fresh tasting, crispy bread with melty cheeses and bright bell peppers. After my first bite, my jaw dropped. It was great! The only thing I would’ve changed is the addition of genona salamia. I’m talking, greasy, cheesey, gooey cheese steak. Almost as if it came from a street truck but in a cleaner, better mandated environment. I can also appreciate the support they proudly show our US Air Force and even though the orders take a bit longer, they are made to order and definitely priced as such. Just the sandwhich and some fries was $20.

I’ve been looking for a good cheesesteak locally. I didn’t have high hopes, this being NW FL. But Lord have mercy … after I took that first BITE I was transported back to my grandma’s house in N Philly. I will definitely be back. Service A+, Food A+.

I had the Classic Cheese Steak with onions and spicy peppers with fries. They were both delicious and cooked fresh right in front of me. Both were seasoned well I didn’t even need ketchup for my fries. This is definitely the place to get a good Philly if you have a craving. Sorry no pictures I was too busy stuffing my face.

I’ve been eating at this location in Pace since they first opened up, one of my favorite restraunts. Over time I’ve noticed decrease in the quality of service and the food unfortunately. I usually get an Old World Italian Sub and the last dozen times I’ve been here, my order keeps getting wrong. I’ll tell them leave tomatoes off, I get home and they’re on there. I’ll tell them to leave the oil and vinegar off of it so it doesn’t sog my sandwhich, they apply TOO much oil on the sandwhich and thats all I taste. I’ll ask for hot peppers and they leave em off yet I’m still charged for it. Ive given this place a multitude of handful of chances and I normally do not leave bad reviews but I had post this because today my sandwhich was wrong again. Too much oil and they didnt leave it off when I asked nicely repeatedly to leave it off since I’m take out. They charged me for Hot peppers and didn’t even put them on the sandwhich. I do not have any issues with Philly’s other location in Pensacola, always great service and my orders are correct. This location has sadly changed and I will not be coming here much anymore unfortunately

Have I ever had a sandwich before this? Phillys does it right. The food is delicious. I came in yesterday, at an entire 12 inch in one sitting, and came in again today for another. Sandwiches are layered in a way that prevents the lettuce and tomato from getting soggy. Oil and vinegar are used in place of mayo so the flavor shines through as a result. They don’t skimp on the meat either.
The staff was very casual and friendly, one of them even gave me a free cannoli while I waited for my sandwich. The store really gives a mom and pop feel. They have an open kitchen so you can watch the magic happen. There’s plenty of parking, and seating, an option for outdoor seating with shade.
On the whole it was a pleasant experience. I will be coming back for more.

This is the best Philly that I have had outside of Philadelphia! One of my favorite sandwich shops in the area. I love that they serve Birch Beer in the soda fountain and if you want an amazing side, be sure to pick up some jalapeño poppers. My favorite are the cream cheese stuffed ones. The service is always great and they will for sure make sure you are satisfied!

Overall rating 3.5/5… A bit too expensive for what you get! Quality was fairly good but value for money not great. $22.81 for a large combo and small sandwich crazy!
My wife picked us up some sandwiches from here for late lunch as we live close by (5 min drive).
I had the 12″ Cheesesteak Hoagie combo and my wife had the 6″ Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak.
12″ Cheesesteak = 3.5/5 The bag was dripping and soaked right through (dont know why you’d put more than a drizzle of oil let alone vinegar on a sandwich, made it a bit soggy). Taste = 3/5 it was pretty good, decent flavour, the meat was nice. Value for money = 2.5/5 quite overpriced for a sandwich combo. Quality = 3/5 it was quite good, seemed like fresh ingredients, decent meat, standard average bread.
I quite enjoyed it, for the local area it’s above average. The fries were very good! A bit of a small portion for the price but tasted really good, best fries I’ve had for a while = 4.5/5
My wife had the small Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, she said it was ok and wishes she would have chosen something different. It was quite small and the amount of filling in the sandwich wasn’t great. Taste = 3/5 Quality = 3/5 value for money = 2.5
If they did a happy hour or something similar I’d go back and try something else.

Omgooeyness! Delicious. The staff had everyone in line laughing and smiling. It was an enjoyable experience. But the food…..pure joy. I had Philly cheesesteak fries. Took me two days to eat my food. Price was great. I will be bringing my friends and family.

I love it when you go to a food place like Phillys you get nothing that you ordered. If I go to a food place, I want what ordered. It would be different if the food actually tasted good and I got something I didn’t want.
