I was sadly very disappointed . The pizza looked amazing online and I loved the idea of the food truck next to the bar, but was not understanding how you get a brick oven pizza out of a food truck.
I got the pepperoni and my husband got sausage. Not only was there hardly any cheese or flavor besides the pepperoni, the crust was not good at all. My just said his was the same.
Perhaps we are too judgy because we are from the NJ/Philly area and know really good pizza, but I’ve had good pizza in Hawaii and this isn’t or it was a bad day.

So far, this is my favorite pizza on the island. I’m a huge fan of Neapolitan style pizza, and this place knocks it out of the park. If you prefer NY or some other style this might not be exactly what you’re expecting. But I honestly think this pizza was better than a couple I had in Naples. The crust was perfectly charred, just the right amount of sauce, and flavorful cheese. Definitely check it out.

The Pizza and the Jalapeño breadsticks were remarkable. I can safely say that it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Coming from a small truck shack next to lanikai brewery there were no expectations from food. The quality, flavour and the taste of their pizza is unforgettable for me. And it’s in line with best pizzas we had in Rome. There are pizza shops like Delancys in Seattle and Apizza scholls in Portland which are rated as best in United States. This place is no less! And in its own right it definitely stands out. The integrity and the freshness of the ingredients and the entire presentation is beautiful. We would love to come back

I am amazed by the Mc Daddy pizza. I liked the combination. So, so delicious. I’ve been travelling all around the world, inkl. Italy, and I can tell you I had a lot of in all those years!! But I can say, this is one of the BEST I ‘ve ever had!! Thank you for making my last day in Ohau, especially in terms of taste, so memorable !!

Pizza was very soggy. (La Suprema) When using that many vegetables it helps to either par bake the crust or add a barrier prior to building.
Parking is also a nightmare for the brewery.

Mostly a detached kitchen for Lanakai Brewing – I’m not sure you can even order apart from through LB’s website. But a great treat for at the brewery or to take home afterwards. Flavorful ingredient combinations, including the use of ricotta and pesto. Delicious, local thin crust.

We sat at Lanikai Brewing while we enjoyed our pizza and salad. We had the Forager with sausage and it was fantastic. Valentina’s is a food truck parked next to Lanikai but Lanikai will take your order so they basically operate as one operation.

When I ordered online the app said it would 51-56 minutes for the pizza to be made. I got there in 45 minutes and the pizza had been sitting in the box at the restaurant for at least 10 minutes. It was about body temperature warm. Pizza felt a little cheap on the toppings and I felt like half of it was crust. My guess is you have to have one of the 20+ dollar pizzas littered with all things that aren’t pizza all over it. The crust was good, I wish I had it fresh. Call to order would be great and a lot less time consuming for the customer. I’ll try it again but only if I’m in a pinch again in Kailua

This used to be my favorite Neapolitan pizza in Hawaii, unfortunately they don’t make the same quality pizza anymore… The last couple of times I’ve been here the pizza was overcooked and dry, and they cooked the prosciutto in my last pizza. A little disappointed that they lost their touch.
