Absolute garbage! Put the next persons food on my bill but I had already paid and told them not to worry about it. 3 million chip backs already made up and they all were like chewing on gummy bears and wanted to give a hard time about a refund! Place is nasty as hell also…NEVER AGAIN! Wipe your damn tables!

9pm Friday. Out of virtually everything. Rice, peppers, guac, lettuce, you name it. I got a scoop of pork to compensate for tiny portions since they had nothing I listed. Got charged extra for the meat add. $15+tax for a bowl. Btw their drive thru table had some backups and they didn’t offer guac or peppers from that table. I haven’t been here in years and I remember why.

I never write reviews because I believe a one bad experience doesn’t determine the overall experience. I’ve gone to this location 3 times and it’s definitely the worst chipotle in Denton. Workers have an attitude. I asked for light pico, the guy looked at me and gave me the biggest scoop of pico i’ve ever seen. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING DISAPPOINTED

Went in around 6pm on a Thursday and the line was already so long. When it was finally my turn they were out of steak. Asked them how long and the kid in the back didnt even put it out until 5 min later with noooo rushhh. Then others ask for chicken instead and the cooked chicken is not cut yet. That takes another 10 min for it to be cut and served. Finally when the steak was ready they were OUT OF RICE!!!! All this time they had to prepare and they waited till the last grain was gone to ask for more rice in the backkkk. There was absolutely noooo sense of urgency with the workers in the backkkk. Finally get my food and come home to try to enjoy my meal…. The steak is uncooked. I dont mean medium rare. I mean uncookeddddd.

This is the most incompetent Chipotle I have ever been to. Sorry excuse of an establishment. They are always out of ingredients, always. This isn’t a one off situation. Every time I’ve tried to come to this location I’ve left without completing my order. That’s how bad it is. All of the employees have horrible attitudes and are always rude. Any time I’ve tried to order on the app they completely mess it up. Whoever manages this location seriously needs to be fired, along with the entire staff. Don’t waste your time going here. Go to the other Denton locations, they do things right.

I live pretty close to this location and this will definitely be my last time returning! The attitude of some of these workers is the pits!!! They act like you force them to work there. They also have no care in the world to at least clean the line up in between serving. Seems like the best time to get food is whenever they have serious manager on duty.

sorriest chipotle i’ve ever been too. wasn’t even busy and the grown employees were so rude…I understand you’re miserable being grown working fast food but don’t take it out on me. happens every time we come here, there’s always an issue. almost always out of something or the meat is raw or the employees hate their life and want to take it out on the customers. anyways, someone needs to get new management or the manager needs to pay more attention to how their employees treat customers.

If you order online please check your order before you leave. I ordered guac on both meals and neither had guac. That’s $5. Might not seem like much money but this isn’t the first time and can you imagine how many others this has happened to? They don’t even bother to tell you at pickup nor do they remove it from ordering it online if it’s out of stock. What a ripoff.

Go to the other Chipotle locations in Denton. This place is not worth it. The portion sizes are tiny, they ran out of everything at 7pm on a Wednesday, and the worst part it of all was that the staff treated you like they are doing you a favor by providing you with food.
The only redeeming factor is that the place was relatively clean…relatively.

Liked this chipotle which is near to the interstate. The location is open and has ample parking. The food portion was great and bowl was full. The meat portion is not enough though. The staff were great and courteous. The restaurant was clean and provides a welcoming environment. Restroom is clean and seating area is well organized.
