Update: I was contacted by a manger and received a refund.
I ordered online and picked up an order today. I got home to realize I was missing several items. I didn’t receive beans, coleslaw, or the original 4 corn muffins that should have come with the All-American BBQ Feast. When I called for a refund of the missing items, I was hurried off the phone with just a quickly spit out email (that doesn’t work) and then was hung up on. I was also disappointed to only receive 2 packets of Devils Spit Sauce.

Disappointing.. the burnt ends were not crispy at all. They were soft. The brisket was dry, no sauce didn’t look like actual brisket meat and the bread they put it on was soggy. The portions of meat were not worth the price. Got more Cole slaw than burnt ends. Don’t recommend.. way better places here for barbecue.

Famous Dave’s is the best hidden secret located inside of a take out ONLY ghost kitchen located inside of Granite City Food & Brewery (Kansas City MO). I was literally driving to The Legends (Kansas City, Kansas) when we wanted some Famous Dave’s.
I was met by Arianna, who is the best. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions. I took pictures, but unfortunately, my hubby ran my phone over with his truck. This is what happens when you leave your phone on a running board of a truck. Ugh! I may have to do to a do over. More pics of Arianna and her beautiful smile the inside of the restaurant and outside, of course minus the sign, letting you know Famous Dave’s is here! Oh, and by the way, the food was delicious. Yes, a corn muffin and a piece of chicken. Yum! Yum!

I had the rib ends and rib meal. And they tasted like they had been in the fridge too long. And had warmed it up on low. The rib ends were chewy, made me think how I should have just gone to Walmart and microwaved some meat and slap bbq sauce on it. The waitress was nice enough. I love famous Dave’s. But this time the food was just like eating two day BBQ leftovers.

Won’t order again.. it was flavorless overcooked, from a satellite kitchen that didn’t even bother microwaving it enough to warm it up . Trash trash trash…. Very disappointed that I can get better bbq at a gas station than a bbq restaurant…shame on famous Dave’s .

Do not order from here! All of the meat was terribly dry… husband was looking forward to his burnt ends (3 meat combo meal) chicken, burnt ends, and ribs were so hard to chew. So disappointed… wouldn’t have paid $10 for the meal let alone 2 @$25 a pop.

To-go at Zona Rosa disappointing and not what we have come to expect from the Famous Dave’s (in KCK). Meats and fries were dry. Chicken had poultry seasoning, probably for Granite City meals, that didn’t go with bbq sauce. Corn, muffins, and beans were consistent with FD’s. Coleslaw was half portion of the beans. Forgot half our order initially and had to return to get the rest. Disappointing all around.
