I picked up lunch at 1:45 pm on a Tuesday. I got the 1 meat platter: Chicken teriyaki, fried rice & steamed veggies.
Chicken: over cooked. Clearly been in the heat pan for awhile.
Rice: dried out, made hours ago
Steamed veggies: honestly the best part even though bland.
If I were to ever go back, don’t go after the lunch rush!

Very kind gentleman who offered a sample of teriyaki chicken… That what got me to get food here lol. He was quick and piled as much food as humanly possible into the box. They definitely make sure you have enough for lunch AND dinner (if you can’t finish it all in one sitting). Good price for the amount of food you get, definitely recommend.

The spicy chicken is PROPERLY spicy; careful. The vegetables were almost raw though. Decent egg rolls. Teriyaki chicken is good. Fried noodles are OK; pretty plain.

By far the best Chicken teriyaki I’ve had in a while. The portions are exceptional, I can honestly say I’ve never been let down. The servers are really nice ladies and occasionally a man, They are all wonderful. I highly recommend if you stop by Gurnee Mills.
