I first heard about this restaurant from a character in one of my favorite books. The mad Mick. He asked him refers to the Bojangles biscuits and sweet tea. I thought since it was a novel that this restaurant didn’t exist. When I was traveling through I was so excited to see that it was real! I ordered a few biscuit sandwiches that were out of this world delicious. The sweet tea is definitely more sweet than tea. Didn’t care for it but I could see the draw. This place is fantastic The food is absolutely delicious for breakfast. I’d skip the tea if you have any sensitivity to sugar.

I have been here a lot, won’t be in the future. I give chance after chance (I’ve worked in restaurants for 15+ years). Every time I am at this location the wait is insane. A couple weeks ago I waited over 30min in line to order (only 3 people in front of me when I got there, still 2 people in front of me when I left), the guy behind me in line left and went through the drive through, I left and went to Wendy’s. Today I ordered via the app to prevent any wait or confusion on the order. Yet still, I was missing items (par for the course at this location. I don’t think I have ever gotten a full and correct order the first time here) and one of the biscuits were completely smashed with burnt steak (inedible- trash) and they tried to stuff so much food into one bag the bo-rounds (at the bottom of the bag) were smashed flat. I will go to the one on us-17 and Little farther north, worth the drive and 100% worth not having the headache. WASTE OF MONEY!

When I first approached to the intercom it was hold on not hold on please just hold on I was like ok, the woman had a horrible attitude from the start I asked for cheerwine she said she didn’t have it, I asked for a kids meals didn’t get rang up for one it was a regular meal, got charged for extra sauce my other order didn’t come with a dr.pepper it was a sweet tea, the experience compare to the other ones I have been to was not at all fun, or didn’t feel welcomed I bought a house down the street in the new home builders area just say won’t be back lost a customer and her name was Bobbie. Sad cause I really love the restaurant. Good luck to the next customers.

Disgusting!! Walked in and walked right out. A sanitation score of only 88 which honestly should be a zero. I have never seen such a filthy establishment where even the garbage cans themselves were caked on with dried up old food. The food stations were horrendous and even the doors to enter were beyond filthy. Should be shut down!!!!!! Management should be ashamed!!

Out of towners here. Stopped here on the way to the airport. We switched up our orders half way through ordering to combos and the cashier was very patient with us. Food was prepared quickly, food was good, & restaurant/restrooms were very clean.

Beware!! The chicken supreme are RAW inside. My son unfortunately ate two before realizing due to the sauce he dipped them in. I am very upset and hoping he doesn’t get sick!

Went in and tried to order biscuits and gravy around 2PM. Was told they don’t serve breakfast all day by a young lady who seemed to hate the fact she was even there. They boast about serving breakfast all day. I guess the ads mean nothing. This store seems to have the worst fast food staff in the area day-in and day-out. Food is good, everything else is lousy.

IT WAS LATE, AROUND 8:45 (MIND YOU THEY CLOSE AT 10PM) AND I WANTED SOMETHING QUICK, SO I DECIDED TO GO TO BOJANGLES.
I ORDERED A CHICKEN TENDERS MEAL FOR MY HUSBAND, AND A “HOT” SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH CHEESE.
I ALSO ORDERED A BO-BERRY BISCUIT.
THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW TOLD ME TO PULL UP AND SHE WOULD BRING IT TO ME.
WHEN SHE BROUGHT IT OUT, SHE DROPPED THE BO-BERRY BISCUITS ON THE OUTSIDE GROUND, AND JUST PICKED THEM UP AND TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT THEY DIDN’T FALL OUT AND THEY WERE OKAY….
I JUST TOOK THEM AND SAID IT’S OKAY, BECAUSE I WAS READY TO GO,
BUT IN MY MIND, I WAS THINKING ” WHY WOULD YOU THINK IT’S OKAY TO DROP SOMEONE’S FOOD ON THE GROUND, AND STILL GIVE IT TO THEM, THAT’S JUST COMMON SENSE”….. I USUALLY CHECK MY FOOD BEFORE I LEAVE, AND I SHOULD HAVE, BUT DIDN’T THIS TIME…..

THE GUY HAD ONE GLOVE ON, AND ONE GLOVE OFF , WHICH IS CONFUSING TO ME AND A BIG TRASH CAN SITTING RIGHT BESIDE HIM AND THE TABLE WHERE HE WAS PREPPING THE FOOD ……
WHEN HE FINISH MAKING THE SANDWICH, HE TOOK THE ONE GLOVE OFF AND THREW IT IN THE TRASH, AND SET THE SANDWICH OVER TO THE SIDE AND WENT AND GOT ON HIS PHONE AS I SAT THERE FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES, WATCHING HIM WATCH ME THROUGH THE WINDOW …..
FINALLY ANOTHER GUY CAME FROM AROUND THE CORNER, AND THE ONE ON HIS PHONE TOLD HIM THE SANDWICH WAS MADE, SO THE OTHER GUY BROUGHT IT TO ME, NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING, AND HANDED ME YET ANOTHER COLD SANDWICH THAT LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST ONE…… THE CHEESE WASN’T MELTED OR ANYTHING… AND I ENDED UP THROWING AWAY THE BO-BERRY BISCUITS, WHICH I DIDN’T NEED ANYWAY….
JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND TERRIBLE FOOD, NOT WHAT USED TO BE…..
I MISS THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHEN PEOPLE ACTUALLY CARED……

We showed up a bit before lunch, only to find the crew short on no-show crew members. The “sweet” tea was spot on, the rice bowls were tasty, the biscuits were not good and the chicken wings were tasteless.

Go back to the old sausage gravy you carried 6 plus months ago. This new added ‘meat’ is the nastiest stuff ever.
Also, the past 2 years, each winter, this location does NOT have central heating. I went in today at 9:45 a.m. on 12-13-25 and it was 61 degrees inside and all the only heat was a tiny little black plug in space heater they had from last year.
This franchisee’ so damn lacking that he can’t provide a comfortable dining atmosphere? I visit multiple Bojangles from Shallotte to the western mountains of NC and this one is the epitome of failure.
