The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the seasonal headbands and own flair. The food is good as always, please bring back steak nuggets! The dining area was clean an organized. The ladies room could use a coat/bag hook as there is no where to place it but on the floor. Rang the bell on the way out!

Terrible experience i get there at 9:04 and the app says the food would be ready that’s a lie. I waited
15 minutes staff was very rude and there were a ton of health code violations. Food was left out, trash was sitting in dining room for 20 minutes. Whoever is the manager there needs to do a better job. How do you have only one person doing everything? Also the girl who was bagging the food didn’t even no which order she was bagging. Very unimpressed.

Stopped by the drive through for dinner, the service was fast and efficient. Very nice employees, I felt welcomed and important.
Only complaint is the lack of signs for the waiting spots in the parking lot. I pulled forward from the drive through window to wait in Spot #1 but there was only a small traffic cone with a “1” on it for that spot. Hard to see, and also unclear for other customers that it’s reserved for pickup orders.

Decided to cave into the hype with their burger. It is a good value, but not great. Their curly fries are world famous and we love them!
– Dish: Deluxe Burger. Probably the first thing you will notice on this burger is the lettuce. It is a huge amount and on the bottom and therefore hits your tongue first before the burger. The burger itself was decent, but nothing to write home about.
– Dish: Classic Beef ‘N Cheddar. One of my favorites. The texture of the bun is an amazing combination with the beef slices and the oozy cheddar is my favorite part!
– Side: Curly fries are a common reason we stop by. They are world famous and we get them often!
– Service: We’ve been to this location off and on over the many years living near by and they have been cheerful, helpful, and overall good. A couple tables were messy in the eating area, but they were cleaned within a couple of minutes after we noticed them before sitting down. She even chatted with us while cleaning.
The custom round plastic trays are cool and original.
– Atmosphere: The eating area is surprisingly cosy and warm feeling with the wood textures. Most of the tables were clean when we stopped.
– Conclusion: I’d stick with the beef and cheddar or their staple items on the menu. While I was interested in their burger since there was some hype about it, it turns out to be mediocre.

Letting customers know you’re backed up helps us plan our day and want to come back. Drive through order. Had to pull around and wait for my food, fine, do did everyone else that was in the drive through. Told the guy not to forget a bunch of Arby’s Sauce and Three Pepper Spice sauce. Order was out within 5 minutes, perfect but they forgot my shake. Food was correct but no three price sauce. 3 stars for average service.

Ordered a regular roast beef. Got home and found 3 chunks of chewy inedible roast beef inside my sandwich. Not sliced. Threw it away immediately. Inedible. I literally could not chew it. Not driving back at 10:30 pm. What even is this sandwich?!

Ordered the King’s hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich tonight and definitely not a fan. Service was friendly and fairly quick.
Firstly as to the taste. The “mild” creamy Dijon sauce is not mild and absolutely overpowers the sandwich totally. Throw that in with this overly sweet bacon and the combo is terrible. So for all the toppings on this sandwich you only taste two. The Dijon and brown sugar. I definitely will not be getting this again in the future.
If you order this I’d definitely recommend removing the Dijon and maybe going with a neutral sauce like mayo or even the barbecue style of Arby sauce.
And not surprisingly as always what is shown on the menu is a FAR cry from what I received. The pictures included show this.

Do not order on the app and think that it won’t be changed at the counter they do not give refunds so don’t waste your time make sure your stuff is straight sat for 30 minutes just to get a refund for a crinkle fry over curly

They forgot my kids fries. No biggie. But after waiting 20 minutes??? Lady in drive thru was super nice, for whatever that’s worth. The building exterior and parking lot weren’t in the best shape, hence the low atmosphere rating. Nothing like a bit of attention and clean up to spruce up a place.
