Have never eaten at Firehouse Subs, so when I was looking for a quick dinner in the area, decided to try it. Ordering on the app was very easy, welcome offer gave 50% off. Sandwich was available right at the specified time, no wait. It was great, the New York Steamer with corned beef and pastrami was just what I wanted. Will go back when in the area again.

The food is great.I love firehouse subs! The portions are always large and plus they have a hot sauce bar that you can choose many flavors. The chili was good. That is what I have for my side. The staff was super friendly and amazing. Lily and mary were the girls working that made our subs and made our experience and spirit so enjoyable!! DefinItely the highlight of the visit was their friendliness and helpfulness!! They need a raise for sure!!

Kids there clearly don’t care about there jobs just doing the bare minimum, can’t read orders forgot half our food and didn’t even say hi or bye to us as we walked in and out on an online order…won’t be returning crappy food for expensive price id rather go to a local restaurant with people that care instead of some greedy chain run by teens. First and last mistake going to firehouse.

SNAPSHOT = details below – 3 stars for product and 4 stars for process. Fresh veggies, so-so bread but forgettable meat means they just can’t keep up with Jimmy John’s and can’t hold a candle to Monte’s excellent subs.
That said, area competitors can learn a bunch from Firehouse:
1) Superior to-go packaging
2) In-store signage that excels
3) Great staff, very willing to serve
4) Giant row of hot suces you can
put on sandwich or salad.
Each is neatly labeled for heat
level.
5) Very nice-looking restroom
doors for both men and
women*
6) Several sharp-looking graphical aids to speed customer order.
7) Overall, spotless, roomy and smartly designed store.
* Did not enter restroom this visit,
but always immaculate every
other time I went in.
This location is franchised, so I get that franchisee cannot upgrade quality of meat and bread. Really too bad. This franchisee is doing everything right.
TIP = Firehouse is great option if

I ordered online but when I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they were out of what I wanted. I was really disappointed. I ordered another sandwich which took 15 minutes for me to get it was good. They make good subs but when you have your heart set on a particular item, it’s a little disappointing. firehouse chain is always good. I will go back.

This is a good Firehouse. My food was well-prepared and as delicious as always. An employee came around the check on us and to straighten up the chairs. It was clean.

This makes the third time and last time I’ll ever order from this Firehouse Subs. The last two times I ordered from them, they forgot my drink and chips and also gave me a sandwich with toppings I did not order. I ordered today, crossing my fingers that they would get it right. I ordered a veggie without mayo (allergy), without tomato (also an allergy), add olives, add banana peppers, add jalapenos, no mushrooms and guess what, guess what I got for the third time? Covered in mayo, tomatoes, mushrooms, no extra toppings. I can’t eat the sandwich. I’m stuck at work hungry because whomever they employee are incapable of reading. It’s very unfortunate because I’ll never have anything good to say about them now and I’ll never order from them again but on top of that, I’ll go another day hungry at work after spending $23 on something I can’t even eat. I’m extremely frustrated.
