Submitted an online order that wasn’t complete for over an hour. Showed up to pick it up and waited 40 minutes while people would walk in and order. At least 10 people walked in *after I was there that hard their entire order completed (I let the employee know I was the online order as soon as I walked in). They didn’t start the online order until everyone was finished. No sense of urgency.

Feel that the one person making sandwiches was overworked as he was having to make up phoned in and internet orders to go at the same time he had a lot of physical customers. A few of the physical customers walked out as he couldn’t spread himself into the two people he needed to become. He was also making up cookies and breads that he needed to fill the orders . No one ever stays at the subway here we all take it home or out on the road. The man was very friendly and courteous.

When you think Subway can’t get any worse!!!! Online order 3 sandwiches! Pick up time 8:45. Get there at 8:45 no sandwhiches. The male employed person was at a round customer table not working and NO ONE was in the restaurant at all!!! He claims he only had wheat bread so he couldn’t make our sandwiches. Do you know how to pickup a phone and call people to let them know. Oh no you just waste our time waiting for you to do your job! We walk in he has to make all three sandwiches. 2 of the 3 sandwiches were still made wrong. No onion no green peppers but that was all over my sandwich! If you bake your bread ahead of time like your suppose to then when you do get busy it is not a problem. So out of curiosity I call the Lyons Ks store and Marry Joe has every bread available even flatbreads. (How strange!). This subway is so inconsistent. One day a good sandwich the next dog I would rather eat DOG FOOD! Another DOG FOOD day and wasting our time waiting for you to do your job. We will be calling your store manager at and the cooperate office.

Love that I can get a sub sandwich in our little town. I usually order on the app which is extremely convenient and coupons are on it. They are also the only place that has Diet Dr Pepper in a fountain drink machine

Great place to get sandwiches when you don’t want to go to the College cafeteria. The wait during lunch and dinner is somewhat long, but that’s to be expected.
