I went inside to place my order at the kiosk and specifically asked the employee that I wanted my food made fresh. The employee appeared annoyed by this request and communicated something to the sandwich maker, who also seemed to complain.
While waiting for my order, I witnessed multiple food safety violations that were extremely disturbing. I observed the sandwich maker drop food on the floor, pick it up, dispose of it in the trash, and then continue preparing food without changing her gloves. I then saw the same employee move to the three-compartment sink area to handle dishes and return to food preparation still wearing the same gloves. Additionally, she placed her gloved hands into the sanitizer bucket and again resumed making food without changing gloves.
Throughout my visit, the staff appeared disorganized and unsure of what they were doing. I waited approximately 25 minutes for what I was told would be fresh food, yet when I finally received my order, the food was cold and the fries were soggy. Based on what I had witnessed, I did not feel safe eating the food and ultimately threw it away.
This experience was unacceptable from both a food safety and customer service standpoint. I am requesting that this incident be investigated and that appropriate retraining or corrective action be taken at this location.

From kiosk to 3-Whopper pick-up in 20 minutes! Somehow fast food does not apply here. What a goat Rodeo, for employees running around chaotically. The parking lot was virtually empty and yet it was still chaos. Oh, it was worse; when I got home I realized one of the 3-Whoppers was missing!

Twice within two weeks I’ve gotten my order completely incorrect because idk if it’s a language barrier or what but then when we went to correct the issues they gave us attitude and wouldn’t change it to what we wanted and paid even more for ! They said we ordered a whopper which we didn’t! We ordered the classic which on the picture was a double cheeseburger and this is unacceptable and very unprofessional! NOT HAVING IT OUR WAY ! We just moved here recently and live walking distance so we come at least 3-4 times per week ! The mngr on shift at 2:45 pm is not qualified to be one or can’t handle keeping regular customers happy .

This is the worst Burger King in Miami. The employees here are lazy and have bad attitude. The drive thru takes forever even when it’s empty. They make you wait 20 mins for your food just to tell you that they don’t have what you ordered. Really it took 20 mins to realize you don’t have chicken. Do not come here. Horrible service.

Poor quality of the food. I ordered a regular Whopper Jr today and it was really bad, it was saturated of ketchup and mayo almost impossible to eat. The onion rings were cold and soggy.

I got into the drive thru line at 10:18am, breakfast doesn’t end until 10:30. I got to speak with the drive thru person at 10:27, they said wait a minute, changed the menu at 10:30 and said they aren’t offering breakfast anymore. It is ridiculous because I have been waiting for them to take my order and they said no we ran out of breakfast. It is a Saturday, how will you run out of breakfast. Drive thru line took forever , and I didn’t get not one food item after I had been waiting. McDonald’s would never do this.
