This reviewer considered 3 other eateries today @ Arcadia Crossing — Phở Arcadia won our business and a place in our hearts.

Noah @ the front counter stood alert and sporting subtle skeleton dangles, and this reviewer chose the Grilled Pork Cơm rice plate, with enormous cucumber slices, pickled ? and scallions? But only after extensive scrutiny of the paper and video menus.

Noah served it with a ramekin filled with the sweet drizzle we drizzle over rice. Added from the shared-condiment table was a fat bottle of hoisin plum sauce, which is clearly cleaned and refilled on a regular basis, just like the Sriracha, chopsticks, napkins etc., by the industrious staff demonstrating a dedicated work ethic.

Any of you familiar with this ’hood in 2025 knows the value of a humble refuge where restrooms are “customers only”, but the sturdy wood/iron chairs and tables are nice, smooth, shiny.

Día de los Muertos was fading to a close today, and plenty of mixed-demographic patrons chat cheerily as they chew the fat here. It’s already a mild overcast day at 3pm.

The décor is sparse, elegant, & appealing with a “high-five” ceramic cactus as this reviewer’s favorite!

Excellent Pho. I flew into Sky Harbor and was craving Pho before driving home to Tucson. I text my daughter to find a place close to the airport. She found this place. Glad she did. The Chicken Pho was delicious My daughter had the beef, and it was just as good. If you love in the area, I highly recommend this place for your Pho cravings!! The spring rolls and peanut sauce well really good and fat too.

The foods was very expensive the portion were so so so small chicken so dry the pho was very salty literally 3 slices chicken the 3 small lettuce the vermicelli noddles filled spring rolls 3 pieces with tiny/small shrimp there was no veggies the peanut sauce aswell as the peanut were spoiled i figure i said hopefully it’ll a change for the best. You’ll see ok there no sodas drinks but they charge you if they had but if you want it for $3.89 for 1 can…mmhhhh well sadly I don’t think it was worth it but this is the only way to find out (by trying) I’m hoping it’ll get better

Service was nice and friendly. The menu looks like Pho 32’s. We got the classic beef pho with steak, meatballs and asked for no brisket. There wasn’t much depth to the pho broth. The inside is bare. They offered free iced green tea. Wasn’t great but would satisfy a quick pho craving in this area.

Paid $16.99 for a plate of rice. Don’t get the beef and broccoli. I haven’t even taken a bite I was moving my food around hoping for more beef and broccoli. Panda Express would never. The food is good but this not worth the price. Very expensive for white rice and a cup or beef and broccoli

Lackluster is the first word that comes to mind. Unfortunately, I would have to rate my experience as largely unmemorable. Had the food been horrible, at least it would have been interesting. It wasn’t bad, it definitely wasn’t good. All I can really say is that it was food. We had banh mi and pho. The Banh mi wasnt awful…but I wouldn’t really consider it banh mi either. Maybe a boring cousin of banh mi. A culinary participation trophy. A ‘C’ student. I will try to say something nice, so I will say that at least the food experience was consistent across the board…..the pho was equally uninspired. It fogged the mirror. It showed up. It met the bare minimum, but that’s it. I tried to like it. I tried to identify why the flavor (or lack thereof) was so flat. I even asked my wife what was missing. She thought about it for a minute, and then answered ‘a lot’. Oh well. I’ve passed this place many times and always wondered if it was a hidden gem. Now I know. At least I won’t wonder anymore. I know not to come back.

Rude staff. I went to dine in and they got my order wrong. The cashier and server didn’t even care. She was just laughed it off. After I tipped her too prior to receiving my order. Just very rude. I wouldn’t come here if you actually want to get the food you paid for.

The food is good, as well as the service. The cashier/server is friendly. The atmosphere is nice, very clean. The portions are pretty good, very filling for the average person. Food is not too pricey, but definitely worth it.
