The best!! I ordered for my son’s birthday party years ago and I still remember the way Neikcoe went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was a single parent struggling financially and he really cared to seek out discounts, ensure discounts were applied, explain pricing options to me etc. I’ll never forget the way that made me feel! Blessed and I love their pizza too lol.

The bar was low and I was still disappointed. No mushrooms on multiple slices, very little pepperoni, Door Dasher waited for 20-25 minutes on 2 pizzas. I know why they are pushing buy 1 get 1 free.
2 stars because the sauce cups were intact, even though we didn’t receive all the extra ones ordered. :/

I ordered 2 pizzas peperoni and sausage and chicken extra chicken and a cookie pie. picked up the pizzas and chicken had no extra chicken barely had chicken on it. told the staff, and the attitude was not good. at that point i just wanted the food. Won’t be back there soon. The only item that was good was the cookie.

I spent over $55 dollars on my order for my grandchildren, the delivery driver was extremely behind in his delivery. Upon calling to check on my order I was told that the driver just left and the my order would be hot. Upon receiving my order I was shocked at how dry and hard ALL the food was everything was cold and trifling. I call to make a complaint I was told that I could bring it back or receive a discount but I would have to bring the food back. This is disappointing after they knew that the food was distasteful and that lied about the order being on it was and hot.

Ordered last weekend and the driver refused to deliver because a neighbors dog was laying out on their front lawn 3 doors down (with the owner closely attending). When she arrived and called me from the curb to express her reservations over her safety at the sight of the dog, I offered to come to her car if she pulled into the driveway so that she never had to exit her car. Understanding that some people have varying levels of comfort with animals, I didn’t want her to be fearful just trying to do her job. She told me that she was also not comfortable pulling into the driveway because of the lip on the apron leading to the street. To be clear, at a reasonable speed for entering/exiting a driveway, the “lip” on the driveway poses not issue for the Honda accord that frequently visits my house. I let the driver know that I don’t wish for them to feel uncomfortable but at this point it would be best to return the deliver to the store where I can just request a refund. The driver clearly frustrated hanged up the call in response. I called the store where I spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and offered to have the driver bring the food back to my house but I declined. I was uncomfortable accepting food from her after she’d already left and was clearly frustrated. The manager again apologized and empathized saying he understood how the experiment would “leave a bad taste” And he agreed to just refund the order. That was over a week ago. I have yet to be refunded for the order.

This Papa Johns has been the best I’ve had yet. The pizza is always good and the service very friendly! Although this is not the closest I always order here and I haven’t been disappointed yet.
