It is only 3:00 in the afternoon and we were the only people in the drive thru. I paid for extra cheese and you barely put that on there. For $6.99 this is pure rip-off. Then you all have the phone off the hook so nobody can get through. Chris took our order. Short white guy with glasses. I doubt he made the food but I will be back and it needs to be made over

Drive thru uses AI for ordering. Unlike other drive through places, this AI ordering system works great and doesn’t make you want to drive off. Food was hot and well prepared, but I did have to ask for my missing taco after receiving my order.

I usually come here on my lunch break and get the power bowl. Every single time it is great but this time I had to get on here and let people know because this is unacceptable. This is not cheese, or lettuce. It was a stringy mucus slimy substance. Yes I had called corporate and reported this. No I will not be going back. How could you fix someone this and let that slide? I was a loyal costumer. No longer will I be coming here again. Stay safe.

No Customer Service so elder people that come in that are not able to service at Kiosk will not be able to do this.. Or it will take them more than 10-16 minutes to get their order in..
Has been explain that the corporate office knows and DOES NOT CARE.. This makes there sales go up and corporate makes more money on anyone filing a complaint will not matter..

usually pretty good but this was my ‘steak grilled cheese burrito’. this is a $5 burrito and its just steak, unmelted cheese and rice. other items were skimped or missing from the order also. down bad

Horrible it was 5pm on a Friday I was the only person inside I waited 9 minutes and listened to several personal issues being discussed loudly there was that I could see at least 6 employees 2 of which actually we’re working. I ordered 6 taco Supremes I recieved 1 taco with only a half a taco shell another one with only 4 tomatoes another with 2 tomatoes and 3 slivers of cheese. I called repeatedly with not one time an answer until Saturday afternoon. The MOD was a woman named Nicki that was extremely polite and offered several apologies for the quality of food I received and also immediately said she would gladly give me my order again the next time I came in. I applaud her skills as a manager and for her quick polite response to my FAILED experience at what was my first visit to her Taco Bell.
