This place absolutely crushed it. I had them special-make quesatacos with carnitas and al pastor, and they were insanely good — crispy, cheesy, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly.
The homemade tortillas really set them apart… fresh, flavorful, and the perfect base for everything going on inside.
The people running the truck (I’m assuming the owners) were so friendly and genuinely kind, which always makes the experience better. You can tell they truly care about their food and their customers.
The salsa is no joke — seriously spicy — but 100% worth it. I was using my fingers to scrape up whatever I could find left over because it was that good.
I also ordered a couple to-go for my partner, and she devoured them too.

When we arrived we swore greeted by both he and his mom. They were kind and down to earth.

Quality, service and location! Everything was great. I had the empanadas and she recommended me to get 1(chicken) 1 (chorizo) and 1 (pastor) and oh my it was DELICIOUS!! We also got a burrito of asada and it was such a clean and tasty burrito! The tortillas for the tacos or freshly made. I AM SO HAPPY to finally find a good taco truck.

The food is delicious. It’s really really good, the tortillas are handmade. Everything is made in house. Salsa are good. The red sauce has spice to it and it’s really really good. We love it. We would recommend a 10 out of 10.

My husband and I were tired and hungry after traveling all day. After checking into our motel, we searched for Mexican Take-Out food near us (Clovis). It was late, and most of the restaurants were closed or would be closing soon. Taqueria Mejia 559 was open late, and we were excited to see that. What’s awesome is that the service was amazing and the food was fresh and very tasty. I have to say it is the best I have ever experienced. I wish I lived in the area. If I did, I would eat there regularly. I recommend them highly.

We drive by this truck often and tonight decided to stop . I’m picky when it comes to tacos . I hate fatty meat and lots of grease. I was definitely surprised with the flavor, amazing taste and not greasy. DID I MENTION THE TORTILLAS ARE HANDMADE !!! Amazing !! This will definitely be the new spot for us .
