50% food looks and tastes edible, 50% food looks and tastes like someone stepped on it with bare feet. Not into that at all. You’d think with this location they’d get people who actually care about the food, but no. Harsh reminder that McDonald’s is a real estate company first and restaurant second

I was lied to once again by the manager of this location. I told them that all of the McMuffins come with a Monopoly sticker and I showed them from McDonald’s website that it did. I’ve gone to multiple location for breakfast, including this one, and received a Monopoly piece. They argued with me about this for a few minutes and brought me to what they called the “Costco,” to which I explained it was a kiosk. They went to the menu items and it showed on their system that it included a Monopoly piece with what I ordered. She then began to say that it was what their owner told them. I asked them for the name of the owner and she told me there were three of them. I asked the name of the franchise and she told me she didn’t know. There were three employees involved in this incident, included their manager Joanne. They had a lot of attitude about, but I chose to leave without continuing to argue with them. This is not the first incident of attitude from this location. Another time my daughter received a Happy Meal with NO toy. I told them what happened and they argued with me and told me there was nothing they could do about it. So my youngest daughter only got a meal and NO Happy with it. They have terrible customer service and this isn’t in a ghetto area/location. I do not understand why this happens here any time someone has an issue. Obviously this franchise is a terrible one. My son, who has a 5.0 GPA and has a diverse sports portfolio, was going to apply to work here, but I will not let him. I would not want him to work for people like this.

Been to this McDonalds a few times. Overall a good McDonald’s in this area. Have had my order messed up a couple times, but they’ve always promptly corrected it. I will say, this is one of the few McDonald’s I’ve been to where the food is actually FAST! Great service, decent food, pretty good prices.

I got 2 steak egg and cheese McMuffins. You would think they would be fresh because I got pulled up. Well they were warm and seasonless. Definitely don’t recommend that.

The young girl taking orders the last several times I’ve came through the drive through including today around 5:40pm, 11/11 has been incredibly rude with a very hostile tone. I wish I could say it was rare for this location. I just hope the manager sees this and makes changes

Good place to grab some protein without bread as I’m doing the carnivore diet. The people were attentive to what I needed as a customer. The decor though was lacking from the McDonald’s of the good old days. Efficiency as McDonald’s sees it doesn’t make it seem like an experience but a convenient way to streamline people. The atmosphere was flat based on the setup. Service though was great. It was almost like the company doesnt want people spending time there.

Took my grandchildren to McDonalds this am. Have not been in a few years. Was disappointed beyond words. Everything is self serve. A child’s pancakes (3 small pancakes, no meat) was $5.50. Came with one syrup. Asked for 1 more syrup – but they will only “sell” you more for a minimum of $1.50 for 4 containers. So we had to pay for $1.50 for 4, used 1. Threw the other 3 away. Self serve machine would not take payment so had to go wait at the counter (waited a while as the staff stood in the back doing text messages on their phones). Then someone came to the counter, they re-entered the order on their machine that I had just spent 6-8 minutes at a kiosk doing so that I could pay. The most dysfunctional place I’ve ever visited. Never going back. Ever!

Been here a couple times. Food is chain quality when they have it. Last trip had a disappointed child when their ice cream machine was broken for a sundae, yet was working for milkshakes. Play area was open for the children. Restaurant was relatively clean. Staff was a little confused about scanning for rewards on the phone.

I can’t do that drive through every morning at the same time to get coffee. And the lady complains at the window that she’s the only one working there won’t put in the cream or sugar in my coffee and half of the time won’t answer the speaker so I can even make a order. It’s not just some of the time. It’s every day just about they don’t want to work. They need to go find another job if you work at McDonald’s. People’s gonna come through the drive. Then it’s not their fault and they don’t have enough workers. Or they only got one woman working there.
