Keep your children out of here! I sent my daughter and her friend in here to pick up a pizza (they are 13 and 14 yrs old) They came out and were really quiet when we got home I asked them what was up and they said after the second employee went to the back that the guy left who said his name was Corey was saying inappropriate things to them. Even after she told him she was 14, to which he replied 14 is sweeter than 16. It was all I could do not to go back and have a “talk” with him. We will never go back to this or any other Dominos again.

I ordered ahead online with a specific time for pick up. I was notified that my order was ready after my desired time — not a huge issue. Yet, I noticed one of my pizzas was not ready while paying for my order — again, not a huge issue. However, one of the three pizzas I ordered was erroneously sent out on a delivery. I was informed of this error, and I was given a “sorry” and told that I would need to wait for my final pizzas to be remade — meanwhile, my other pizzas were getting cold on a shelf. While I understand mistakes happen, I expected some sort of compensation… maybe a coupon, discount, free item…especially when there is a sign visible to patrons that states “How to WOW customers:
1. Apologize
2. Give them what they want
3. Give them something extra”
I guess I wasn’t the type of customer that needed to be “WOWed.”
That said, the food was good, but the service received definitely impacted the experience. Probably won’t return to this branch.

Hayley at the front register was a kind soul! We come here once a week because we live so close and our kids love pizza. I’ve never had a positive experience or kind one when coming here. It’s just here is your food and bye. She helped me with my order since I was on a budget, she was excited I brought the coupon in from the parade , she got my food out fast and brought it to me and then told me about the 65th birthday event! Very friendly and makes me want to continue coming here! Thanks Hayley!

Food was good as always tried a few new things like the spinach feta stuffed bread that was super yummy, but we almost didn’t get to enjoy it because all the employees decided to either ignore us or have a social for 15 min, we were a few seconds away from requesting a refund when a nice lady drive went into the store and got out mobile order for us. Didn’t catch her name but thank you to only her!

freaking awful ordered my food around 4pm said it would be 20-26 minutes waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes went inside to find out my food hadn’t even been put in the oven yet and that it would be another 30-45 minutes note: half the staff wasn’t doing anything and was just leaning on whatever doing nothing. came back after 20 minutes and they STILL HAD NOT PUT IT IN THE OVEN.DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD IN A QUICK EFFICENT MANNER

It was a delivery so can’t rate the atmosphere but we placed an order online and used the Buy 2+ for $6.99 each and it charged us full regular price for every item we got with that coupon. Absolutely ridiculous and will never order from here again, I’ll return to Little Caesar’s.

This place has really gone down in every way! What use to be my go to all the time favorite pizza spot and now I wouldn’t dare allow myself to order from here again! $50 paid just to have your order given to you incorrectly in just about every way! And then they don’t want to correct/fix the items that were incorrect! It’s a shame to spend so much money for it to be crap pizza! I’ll be going to papa John’s from now on!

After quite a few orders, figured it was time to finally review. Unfortunately, this place is so inconsistent, but it tends to lean more towards bad than good. This time was bad. Our pizza boxes arrived almost crushed on one side, and the Coke had no chill to it. The pizza was partly stuck to the crushed box and was cut poorly, an issue we had run into a few times.
The only reason it isn’t 1 star is because the staff is normally pleasant when getting orders.
