I would like to state the waitress was extremely knowledgeable, informative, respectful, friendly, and all around outstanding. The ambience was chill and decent. It has its regulars, which is good. It was quiet and rowdy at the same time, if this makes sense, since it is still a bar. I deducted 3 stars for three reasons. I took a star off because the Philly cheese steak my grandpa ordered was unpleasantly salty and rather dry. There also wasn’t much cheese and really no flavor, unfortunately. He stated it was the worst Philly Cheese Steak he’s ever eaten. He also stated his sweet potato fries were over-seasoned with salt. I decided to remove another star since my grandma did not enjoy the margarita pizza she shared with her sister. She felt the pizza was too thin, crunchy, and a bit hard to eat. The cheese was also too salty for her. Another star was removed because I did not enjoy my pizza either, despite it being a custom pizza. I should have asked what type of goat cheese they used instead of assuming it was the same type I use when I make homemade pizza. The goat cheese tasted fine; the problem I had was with the sauce, thin crust, and the honey hot chicken. I felt the sauce was unappetizing and had a strange taste. The thin crust was unpleasant and felt a bit undercooked; the honey hot chicken lacked any taste of honey or hot sauce, it just tasted like grilled chopped chicken. Despite eating the whole 12-inch pizza, since I had not eaten all day, it was rather disappointing and ironic that the waitress even noticed I was not satisfied with the meal. My family and I had high hopes since a family friend we were visiting recommended this place, and spoke highly of this place’s food and diversity. Overall, my family and I will most likely not dine here again. We essentially just ate the food since we were all starving in the moment.

We come here pretty often. Been here for happy hour, trivia, football games, etc. It’s been great every time. Burgers are always juicy and cooked to perfection. Definitely try the shrimp scampi dip!

By far one of my favorite places to eat and drink. You’re not going to get typical bar food. You’re going to get a very delightful meal. You can get something light. Or get down with one of their delicious burgers. A great variety of food and yet the menu is not overwhelming. They always have options on great beer. Something everyone’s palate. Right now they have “Maine lunch” on tap. I highly recommend it. On Wednesdays dropping for some trivia. Runs from about 7:30 to 8:45. Always a pleasure with the wait staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Also I would like to mention their brunch they have every Sunday. I posted two pictures of the brunch breakfast. I’ll add the collection next time I go to brunch 🙂 If you are visiting out of town this is a perfect place for a variety of reasons.

Stroke of luck finding this spot for lunch while in the area. The place was busy and the waiter was swamped. However, he was very pleasant. The food was delicious. The restaurant makes their own dressing, tartar sauce, croutons, fried pickles and such. My fish was perfectly cooked. My guy had chicken and waffles for the first time. The sauce that came with it was delicious. Recommend you give them a try.

I found this place by accident, I was visiting from Florida during Super Bowl 2025, I was so impressed with the IPA choices, the food was good as well. I came back to Connecticut November 15th 2025 and went back. Still impressed. A must place to visit the service top notch

Absolutely incredible food at Dry Dock. The “Bee’s Knees” burger (with goat cheese, bacon, caramelized onions, and truffle-honey) was to die for!!!! Don’t even get me started on the crispy sweet potato fries—my stomach is growling just thinking about it.
The service was quick and friendly, with lots of seating. The waitstaff was able to accommodate the Penn State Alumni Association for the Penn State/Ohio State watch party we had—and did a fantastic job of getting the food out quickly and maintaining patience with us. 🙂

Our food was tasty and our server was lovely and attentive, but the assault on our noses when we walked in was nearly unbearable. There were no fewer than SEVEN heavily scented candles in our eye-line alone (one right next to our table). Not only were they way too overpowering, they were also different scents (a tropical fruit combo and some kind of pumpkin cinnamon), further contributing to the unpleasant and overly strong smell. Even my 3 year old commented it smelled weird. Given that smell and taste are so closely linked, it seemed strange for a restaurant to make this choice to have so many strongly scented candles throughout. The food alone (which, again, was good!) would have likely provided enough of a pleasant smell, prompting us to eat more and stay longer. Or if it didn’t, no added scent would have been the way to go.

Really great experience and the food was delicious. I can’t say enough how friendly the staff was. Everyone we interacted with was sweet and accommodating and attentive. That’s really rare to find these days. For that reason alone I recommend this place. But if you are in the mood for a delicious and perfectly cooked burger, this is the place. The burgers are more on the expensive side 15-20 bucks but they are worth the splurge. I ordered the wolf pack burger and OMG sooooo good. I will be going back!

Overall it was a good experience. The food was good the nachos were excellent The burger was excellent. The service very slow. But to be fair it was pretty crowded and there was some trivia going on. It was a decent atmosphere near a little noisy. One thing and this might be trivial the metal chairs so uncomfortable and cold I get it they’re sturdy but not very inviting. Kind of has a coldness about it. No real complaints The food is very good. If I were to complain about something it probably be the noise and the service being slow we’ll have to go back and review again on the service. However our waiter was very good It just took a long time for the food to come.
