Ya’ll I ordered a foot long and asked for bacon on my sandwich and they put two Teenie skinny tiny slices of bacon for the entire sandwich, which equals out to only one tiny slice of bacon per six inch slice….. Which is incredibly skimpy…. And then I asked for cucumber and the lady working there put ONLY FOUR SUPER THINLY SLICED PIECES OF CUCUMBER ON MY SANDWICH, and I asked for more cucumber, and she literally wobbled her head and rolled her eyes and proceeded to put an additional ONE slice on the sandwich. And I stood there quietly and didn’t say anything. And I just stared and then I asked are you serious? Would you put more cucumber than that in the sandwich? And to my shock she gave the same rude attitude and then put ONE Teenie tiny extra cucumber. It was a total of only 6 cucumbers altogether, mind you I had to ask twice and got an attitude for even asking the entire time. The manager came over and explained that she understands how this looks but “it’s their job.” I get that it’s your job so therefore im not necessarily blaming the employees, rather I’m blaming the subway franchise altogether for charging $16 for a footlong and then being extremely beyond skimpy and cheap on the ingredients and giving us a SMIDGEN of the ingredients we ask for. It’s insulting, really. And then when we beg for more when get attitude. SUBWAY IS A RIP-OFF. ITS A JOKE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MONEY.

I’ve been going into the 81st and Lewis / City Plex location every Thursday for the past 7-8 months. It’s become a ritual and my favorite part of my weekly appointments in the building. I worked in club/restaurant management for 20+ years and I am consistently impressed with this store. The staff is always happy, friendly and moving with a purpose but never appear panicked. The delicious food is always well prepared with fresh ingredients in an amazingly clean kitchen. The dining area is always spotless…Even the floor drain under the ice machine appears clean enough to drink from. I usually go in during morning hours, but have been in a few times in the late afternoon with the same perfect results. I often recommend this restaurant to others who I encounter in the building and I strongly encourage Subway to look at this location as an example for other locations to follow.

We were a party of 3, (3 ladies working the counter) they took one of our orders while they were working there order I mention the lettuce looked old, absolutely no response. I then stood in line before they filled the 2nd order, which we had to tell them they hadn’t finished our order. They said they had to take care of the ‘call in’ orders as they came in. Really? Don’t take care of your customers standing there waiting to order before the call ins? I continued to stand waiting. Of the 3 ladies working the counter one just walked off. I guess it was time for her break. Nothing was said. No apologies nothing. I left not ordering anything and never have plans to return.

If i could give this ZERO stars i would! Paid 35 dollars for a sandwhich, 2 cookies, and a small side salad, that they said they could NOT chop up for me. Silly me assuming a CHOPPED salad meant it was….you know….chopped! ‍♀️The worker refused to listen to the ingredients I wanted, and instead added whatever SHE thought she wanted. Well, iam allergic to alot of foods, so i tell her to STOP and she keeps going….she ended up dumping 3 salads BEFORE finally listening to the customer! Who has life or death allergies! Go ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION ONE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Oh, and to add insult to injury, she charged me for the cookies and then refused to give me any when i said i didnt get them.

This subway is a complete ripoff they changed me for double meat which is 3.50$ when it was only supposed to be 50% more meat which is 1.75$ and than also ring me up for a roast beef that’s 13.99$ when it was a tuna foot long that’s only 11.99$ so I got two foot long tunas add extra cheese and add roast beef they charged me 42.32$ when it was actually supposed to be only be around like 33.48$ and not only that the lady’s can’t remember what u want on ur food when u tell them it’s for both sandwiches. This subway would do so much better if they had the right people and not charging them what they didn’t get

Well the first server apparently put ham on my first wrap, the second server yelled ham! Turkey! Not ham! Then proceeded to make me a new wrap. I wasn’t complaining, probably would have quietly taken the wrap as it was. I wasn’t pleased with the scene it caused, I was actually embarrassed. Then to my dismay I found a hair, inside the wrap, as I was eating. Definitely never going in there again.

Manager here is very rude and lies. I put my order in the app and they THE RESTAURANT forgot half my item. They offered for me to come back and get them, but I had my order delivered for a reason because I didn’t want to get out so I told them I would call back when they manager was available so I did that the next day, and she literally lied and said that it was my DoorDash driver that forgot the items And said that there was nothing that she can do and refused to give me my money back or even did not offer for me to pick them up. Highly disappointed will not be back at this location ever

Went with a friend around noon. They weren’t very busy but the workers seemed grumpy. I like lettuce on my subs but when I looked at it it looked days old and wilted. I wanted to ask for fresh lettuce but again, they were grumpy and I didn’t want to bother them.
I got the lettuce anyway and within three hours I had food poisoning. Now I’m very sick and unwell. Just be careful out there

This subway charges 15%-20% more than other subways. I tried ordering a footlong Boss on the app using this location, and it was $12.49 subtotal ($13+ after tax) that seemed very expensive so I switched locations on the app to a Subway a mile away. My total changed to $10.99 ($11+ after tax). These guys are purposefully price gouging.
