3 times in a row we have tried to eat here and we were passed over and not served. They left us sitting for many minutes. They seem to be practicing age discrimination as they always serve older people first, even when they were seated many minutes after us.

I’m here now. The cheesesteak is not good and fries were over cooked. Wings were rubbery . It’s not busy so I was hoping the food would be better. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was ok. The bun tasted like it was old. I should’ve read the reviews before coming here.

Showed up at about 10pm. Wait staff were sweet and attentive, food was great. Loved the pretzel hanger! The alcohol selection is huge. I see lots of complaints about the food here but I’ve never had a bad experience.

6/2/23 edit. Ordered 3 chips and queso and got stale chips and these tiny containers of queso… Continually going downhill.
Edit: I emailed them as they asked me to and no one replied.
The food is always good and mostly the service is good. Amanda, the waitress, is absolutely amazing. She’s attentive, sweet, and goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of. If it wasn’t for her, I’d give this place one star for service. Morgan, the other waitress, is so rude every time we come in which is weekly at least. She’s waited on us and even took a break while serving us so we got cold food and no refills the entire time. Every time we go we try to avoid her but sometimes she brings out our food to help the other staff and just slams it on the table and gives attitude. Definitely not waitress material.

Very good! Definitely better than the nasty casino buffet. I had the blackened grilled chicken with pepper Jack cheese & bacon sandwich with a side of steamed broccoli and my husband had a 1/2 pound burger with bacon & ham with fries. Compliments to the chef! Broccoli was steamed perfect & the thick chicken breast was generously seasoned & so juicy! Burger was medium well as requested. Bacon was not under or over cooked. Good job! Definitely recommend.

I ordered a bowl of chili which was really good. However, the bowl was not even half full. There was only about 5 bites. I would hate to see what the cup of chili looked like.
My Son ordered fish, French fries and a side of onion rings.
He said the fish was good but the fries and onion rings were cold, not cool but cold.
Also it took over 30 minutes to receive our food after we placed the order.

Burger quality average. Service was marginal and server not very attentive. Cook’s obviously do not take pride in their work based on the quality of presentation. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes to be served on the side. I wish i could show you a pic of what they put on my plate, a sad little wilted piece of lettuce and a thin slices of tomatoes with a hole in the middle. I’m not sure what is going on behind the serving wall but it must be pretty good because that’s where the staff spend all their time.

I love wings and eat ’em all over the place. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover this place inside the Downstream Casino and their November special – AYCE wings (during an NFL game) for $10.99. And they were awesome wings! Big, meaty, perfectly prepared. The Buffalo wings were every bit as good as the ORIGINAL Buffalo wings that you’d get at the Anchor Bar. And that value was unbeatable!
The service was also super attentive and not surprisingly very friendly. Even without the special, these wings are worth having! Oh, and the double burger platter was also on promo for just $9.99 and looked AMAZING. It was tough to choose, but come on, WINGS! 🙂

Didn’t get enough ranch for fried pickles and the other sauce was a spicy mustard that was gross and I like mustard. The fried chicken in my salad was cold and the onion straws were too salty. The waitress left us at mis meal for her break which is fine but I was already done with the whole thing by then. Never again. My Husband feels the same way. Its back to Old Chicago joplin mo for us.

They were very rude and biased towards my friends & I & was very hateful & lied about the whole situation when confronted when asked to do so speak to their supervisor about it they were very stand offish defensive, accusing my friend of obserd & rude things totally blowing the whole situation up into a big public ordeal. We left with out eating and went to a better more complimentary place to eat that welcomed our $$ and serviced us with the most courtesy best service a person could have ever asked for from the same line of entertainment as well as food and lodging. Thanks to Kansas crossing our day & night off work was saved and ended very good after all that drama down stream put us threw we spent over $1200 and had a splendid time …
