Guy prepared all of my food with his bare hands. He also pulled his phone out with his bare hands while my food was cooking,used it, and went back to finish handling my food with his bare hands without washing his hands .
On top of this, my bagel had a napkin toasted to the bottom so it was stuck on my bagel. The napkin had adhered to the food so I could not eat the part with the napkin .

I like their sandwiches, but I question if they are understaffed. I wanted a relaxed breakfast inside. The Hazelnut coffee was empty, so I let them now and they went to refill it. I waited about 10 minutes, but it never came back, so I switched to roasted coffee, but it was cold. Consider investing in better staff or a manager to ensure the store runs smoothly. Perhaps pay more to keep the store’s reputations high? It shouldn’t be the employees fault at all times.

These sandwiches are better and more filling than what you get in a sit down restaurant around here! Yes, kind of slow when you go during the lunch rush because they are literally getting 100+ orders… but well worth the few minutes wait. I order online ahead of time, ready when I get there 🙂

I love Panera. Especially when I would like some comfort food. I have stopped coming to this Panera as much because the last few times that I have, my order has been wrong, or they closed down the drive thru. This time, the rapid pickup was only being serviced if you went inside and got your order. They shut down parking in the number spot and them bringing it out to you. I had a 1 year old with me, and I was trying to do what was more convenient for me. So after I ordered through the app, it prompted me to go inside instead of putting in a number for my parking spot. So I proceeded to go inside with my child and got my order. I usually check my order, but I had my hands full with my child. I got all the way home, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. This has happened to me 3 times. I think I’m don’t with this location. I just wanted something convenient since I was pressed for time and we had just got done with an appointment.

I received such great service here! I was so indecisive on what to order and the lady was so patient and helpful. I ordered the Baja grain bowl that she recommended and it was soo good! And I didn’t feel guilty about eating it. Macy at the drive-thru window is literally the best! Can’t wait to try more items here.

Isn’t a manager supposed to check the mobile orders? That’s how it was when I worked at a Panera. Whoever checked mine didn’t even look in the bag because I didn’t get my side. Didn’t notice until I got home and it was pouring rain, so I didn’t want to go back out.
That on top of already having to wait 15min in the drive-thru because they wouldn’t just tell the person ahead of me they needed to pull up is a little BS. What’s the point of a mobile order if you’re waiting just as long as ordering at the speaker?

I’ve never waited less than 10 minutes in the drive through. Even if I mobile order ahead of time it’s never ready. Today I waited 20 minutes for a croissant in the drive through. There were three cars ahead of me. This is a consistent problem.
