Not the best experience if you go after 10pm. Order online and multiple time was told that my order did not exist. I usually come here early or around afternoon and no issues when using the app. Had to reorder again; they asked me to wait at 1st window. Waited there for 15 minutes and no one helped me. Several cars were taking care of but not me. Not sure if it was due to my accent. Avoid if possible later in the day.

This place needs to literally be your very last resort for food. These employees are the most irritating (to say as nicely as I can) people you will ever come across, so therefore, best hope you don’t have anywhere to be if you’re going through the drive thru, because it will be a 20 minute wait. The employees are not only incapable of performing fast and good food services, but RUDE. Rip your card from you, scan it, and throw it back at you. The employees are always screaming and yelling at each other, so if you eat inside, enjoy the noise level. The food is only right 1/8 of the time, if you’re lucky. The inside is always dirty and without fail you will always see a rodent or insect crawling around. Literally make this your very last resort for a place to eat. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the good deals on the app. Wish we had a better location here in red bud.

By far one of the worst McDonald’s. Even with the management and owner changed it is still one of the slowest ones around the staff has some nice people but most of them are rude and look like they hate life and hate their jobs so I have to pay for it with crap customer service. Even with no cars in the drive thru you have to wait 10-15 mind f9r your food. Fast food doesn’t exist here

Stood waiting to order, multiple looks from employees but nobody came up to actually help. When they finally came over it was all attitude and they gave the wrong change back. Bacon cheese burger was missing the bacon and when we asked for some they got pissy.

Always a wait. Even with zero cars. Ordering ahead doesn’t help. I’ve currently been sitting waiting 13 mins for 2 meals. Not often I get mcds but figured I’d give this location another chance..not again. Edited to add after 15 mins got the food, fries aren’t even cooked fully & still cold..nuggets were cold also along with the apple pie??? So I’d say i wasnt waiting on food to be prepared…
