The service here is really good, and the place is always clean. I’ve visited several times, even when they’re busy, and they still manage to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time and at the right temperature. The food quality is satisfying overall — nothing to complain about — though since it’s a chain restaurant, I don’t expect perfection (just part of my personal philosophy). That’s why I’m giving 4 out of 5 for the food.
What stands out the most is the service from two of the managers! I don’t remember their names, but it’s a bilingual woman and a bilingual man. Both are friendly, quick to offer recommendations, and always have a pleasant, short conversation while taking your order. The whole process is fast and professional.
This location is definitely different from the Wendy’s between the Common and Hampshire St. that I reviewed earlier, a much better experience here

Your typical fast food place. If you’re looking for 5-star plated meal… this isn’t that place. What can I say, the delivery was fast and the food was relatively warm. You’re never going to get food super hot good when you do delivery. So, I guess it was good for what it is.

Ordered two meals. One was missing nuggets, the other was cold. I had to go back and ask the counter because they didn’t include the frosty I ordered as well.
After asking about it, they seemed annoyed and I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for a frosty. I spent over half an hour total in this Wendy’s just waiting for food, and I won’t be back.
A few people that didn’t appear to be working there were also hanging out at the counter talking to their friend who was working.

The food was cold and all the” lady” that was taking my order knew was how to scream on the microphone and had an attitude problem she said that she was out of half of the things I’ve wanted to order but I saw all of it on the screen?? like girl do your job and stop arguing with customers I just wanted my FOOD

South Lawrence 114 Wendy’s was amazing! I came in to buy food for my daughter and 4 other twelve year old girls, it was not easy…. but everyone, especially Manny, was extremely helpful! Great crew!!!!

Was my first time here and at Wendy’s in general. I did of course not expect a classy meal, but at least a decent burger with some good taste…well I got that partially. Burger seemed to be smashed together with no ambition at all. Taste was ok though.
The restaurant was just terrible…staff were polite to me, but super loud to each other! The interior is basically trash!

Sketchy vibe when walking in. Both bathrooms were “out of order” and stated we could not use them. We were informed that we could use the bathroom next door at the dunkin donuts. Minutes later, man walked in and staff allowed customer into bathroom. Order was incorrect and missing items and well as cold food like it had been sitting there for awhile. We were over charged for our order as well. If you are female or with children, do not visit this location alone for your safety. When you walk in, if you feel the vibe is off and have a gut feeling. Listen to it and leave. Terrible experience and will not be back.

Probably the worst place to get food in Lawrence. I don’t know where to even begin explaining how bad this establishment is. ESPECIALLY the staff…
•Cold food.
•old/dry food.
•watery drink.
•wrong orders (we never get what we order, NEVER it’s been wrong EVERY TIME, we actually stopped coming here because we were sick of it.)
•rude employees.
•very bad customer service.
•everyone can barely speak English.
•very unprofessional staff.
•rude Manager.
We asked to speak to a manager and she started complaining, yelling and cursing in Spanish, soon the whole kitchen staff started yelling, laughing, Ect..
Manager also was complaining and blaming other employees for her problems, being short staffed and that he (the other manager) was one the messing up the orders…
