I placed a mobile order this morning and still waited at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. At the speaker, the barista (Hannah) was super rude when telling me my mobile order wasn’t ready. Acting like my two items were a huge inconvenience to her. Tells me that the app “actually says when it’s ready… but in the meantime they’ll work on that. “ Basically acting like I’m stupid for being here any sooner.. Off putting, but alright sounds good??? I’m biting my tongue, and hoping I don’t have to talk to this rude employee again by the time I get my items.

But of course, when I reached the window, the attitude continued — she felt compelled to meet me at the window which someone else was already working – completely unnecessary and uncomfy. She spoke to me condescendingly and explained how the app works as if I didn’t understand it, how their functions work inside the store, how many other orders they have etc. ( NONE of my business) – while repeatedly saying she was “not trying to give me a hard time,” which clearly was not the case… explained to her that I still placed the order 15 minutes ago and waited in line… my bad for getting to the speaker before you wanted me there! You would think ordering ahead would be helpful to them, apparently it just gets you in trouble with Hannah!

I understand orders aren’t always ready exactly on time, but the tone, over-explaining, and dismissive attitude made me feel belittled and talked down to over something as simple as placing a mobile order. What should have been a quick, normal interaction ended up feeling tense and unpleasant. If customers aren’t allowed to arrive slightly early for mobile orders, that should be communicated in the app – not delivered with sarcasm. Or maybe don’t allow customers pick up in the drive thru if this is the typical interaction.

It was a great way to make a customer feel uncomfortable for ordering ahead, something Starbucks actively encourages! Hope to never cross paths with Hannah again! Great start to the day!

(Drive thru). Just of the interstate with traffic light at entrance, so super easy getting in & out! Usually a couple cars in line for drive thru but the employees are efficient so not overly long wait (unless behind person making huge order. Should go inside for those)

Annoyed with this shop today. Free giveaway of a plastic cup for the holiday. I ordered on the app from the Holiday Selections menu this morning – no cup for me because “the White Chocolate Mocha” isn’t a holiday drink?? Except it is on the app. No big deal, don’t really need another cup. Then, the dear, sweet man who delivers Starbucks to my office staff every weekday get denied a cup. They literally know him by name because they see him several times a week and the “boss” says he doesn’t get a cup. Excuse me? You just had the perfect opportunity to say ‘thank you’ and/or “I value your DAILY business” with a crappy little plastic cup that cost your store less than a dollar and you opted out? I don’t know how you ended up in any position of authority but you really need reeducation in customer service. Disgusted.

The best Starbucks that ever was or will be. The staff is amazing … friendly, fun, and “benevolent”. Also a good source of pop culture knowledge, Halloween stickers, and creative samples! Messages on my orders are always personalized and unique as is the hand-off of items. Brian Niccol should make this Starbucks the poster child of the brand.

I wish people were trained right and paid attention to the way you ordered your drinks. I get it sometimes people can be picky, I’d like to think I am pretty lenient most of the time. Just got to say at this Starbucks I probably get my drink wrong three out of four times. What do I ask for “a double tall latte with no foam” (this was the amount of Foam in the cup after scrapping it off) cappuccinos are supposed to have foam Lattes or not more hot steamy milk. After driving back around walking my drinking for the 6th or 7th time I’ve given up. Won’t be going there anymore!

Came here during a busy Sunday morning. Not from the area but my third time coming to this Starbucks. I purchased two complex drinks through the mobile app, they were already made before I arrived and they had an orderly queue for mobile orders. The beverages can be difficult to get right but the two I ordered were flawless and impeccable in both taste and appearance. It was very busy at the store but credit must be given to the team, despite all the people and business they were clearly “in the zone”, happy, smiling and working together as a cohesive unit. My impression was that this store is very well managed and organized, and has hard-working committed partners working together to execute on that vision. I certainly plan to return.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am a Doordasher and it’s obvious that this location doesn’t like Doordashers. I went to pick up one iced caramel macchiato and I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the order. I asked twice about it and was told it was being prepared. I went to ask a 3rd time and got ignored . I stood there & watched so many people come in after me, were treated better than me, & received their orders in a timely manner. So unprofessional. I do Doordash as a side job to make extra money & have been a nurse for over 30 years. I have always treated everyone with the same kindness. This was beyond unacceptable. I had to contact Doordash and unassign the order because I had to get to my other job. In short, the customer ended up having to wait even longer for their drink & I lost out on money. I won’t be going back there after this experience.

dale not only knew our coffee orders without us having to say anything, but know exactly how we like them after weeks of trial and error from coming in here. he makes THE best coffee and we are beyond impressed by the hard work and commitment he possesses. definitely makes our trips here more than worth it. 10/10
