I placed a 95.00 order it was completely wrong and missing most of my food. Both pizzas were burnt and made wrong. It was delivered with only half of my order they didn’t send my 2 orders of chicken wings and my veggie pocket. The delivery was over 1 1/2 hours. For the money you charge shame on papa Gino’s. I ordered a cheese pizza- a sausage, mushroom and onion pizza it’s not what I got. The manager said he was there alone.

I walked into this Papa Ginos for my pick up order. The little girl Dylan was nice I suppose, but would not stop talking to me about a rat infestation. Turned me off. Seriously after the 3rd change in management i thought it would get better but no it continues to get worse. Ive tried to come back several times over the past 6 months and my once beloved pizza shop keeps getting worse. For once and for all mary chungus will never return.

I just watched a movie based on a true story about God’s miracles. I had to pick up my dad who recently has been diagnosed with Throat Cancer. He wanted to treat my mom and I to a pizza, so I ordered from my favorite place, Papa Gino’s. He gave me $25 and the order came up to $22.46. I asked if I had enough for a drink, which I didn’t. The sales associate found a 20% coupon. I had enough for a drink and received change back. I was reminded that miracles are an Act of God’s Goodness chasing after us on a daily basis multiple times throughout the day for those who believe. There are no such things as coincidences, but there are many wonder working miracles. May God Bless you exceeding and abundantly above all you can ask for according to his will, riches and glory.

Recently ordered a steak and cheese sub from Papa Gino’s.Almost shat my brains out. truly disturbing what I saw in the toilet. I used to get the bestttt steak and cheese subs so I’m not sure why I was poisoned but it was sick. And I wanted to come back and get a refund and I saw the manager smoking out front. pathetic.

On Friday, January 9th, we visited the Papa Ginos at the corner of Washington Street in Weymouth. We had a large group of 3 local school programs that serve young adults with various learning needs visit this location to work on purchasing skills, social skills, restaurant etiquette, etc. James and his Team were absolutely incredible! I can not say enough positive things about them. They were patient, accommodating, welcoming, and delivered delicious pizza to all who attended! Ordering and purchasing is a skill that takes time and each of the young adults was met with patience and understanding as they practiced these skills. James shared how wonderful it was to see the dining hall so full of energy, laughter, and smiles, like it had back in the day! I remember those days too! The restaurant was clean, food was delicious, and the staff exceptional! The young adults can’t wait to get together with their friends from Abington and Rockland again soon at Papa Ginos!

Ordered a combo meal with two extra large cheese pizzas breadsticks and Cinnamon sticks.
One extra large pizza was raw and not cut, the cinnamon sticks were completely raw but they were cut, breadsticks were hard like they’ve been sitting out for a while. Other pizza was cut but still raw. The manager did not seem surprised or fazed by the situation at all. They didn’t even refund me for anything except for the cinnamon sticks and didn’t even refund me the full price for the cinnamon sticks. Charged me twice for a delivery fee….

Kristen is the store manager and is absolutely amazing! She makes the entire place a very fun and uplifting workplace. Every time I am in there, the workers seem to be really happy and responsive to the customers. My orders are always made fast and are always made correctly. This is definitely my favorite papa Gino’s by far!

This is what I ordered vs. what I got. I called them to let them know they forgot a bunch of my toppings. The guy I spoke with said he would remake the sandwich and have it delivered (I live close by) Seconds later I was called back this time by a woman who works there with a lot of attitude and asked what was wrong with the sandwich and then told me she would only send in the toppings that were missed. She was very rude, for no reason. This is not great service. You guys forgot the toppings and didn’t do anything about it. Will not be ordering from this papa Gino’s again. They don’t care enough about customer service
