On an extremely slow Sunday afternoon, with 2 in store customers that had already recieved their order, and 2 cars in the drive thru, it took over 20 minutes to recieve 2 basic latte drinks. I watched as 6 employees moved slower than a snail doing next to nothing, while 1 employee made my drinks slower than I have ever seen one move. I strongly suggest patronizing a true, locally owned coffee shop right down the street called The Local – Coffee & Bakery

They add way too much water to their base when making it. This is the only Starbucks that the refreshers taste like water. I bought a sandwich and dragon drink and ate my sandwich first on my way to work. Took a drink of my drink and it was disgusting. I stopped at the store in eastgate and they remade it because it was so bad.

Waited 10 minutes to have the incorrect coffee handed to me. I let them know that wasn’t my order. They asked me to pull forward, since the cars behind me orders were ready. Since I did not have another 10 minutes to wait for a coffee, I asked if I could please just get a refund and they acted annoyed. I let them know it was only because I needed to get to work and had an hour drive ahead of me. They got a manager to come refund me and the manager acted very annoyed and mad that I asked for a refund, then proceeded to refund me the incorrect amount. I am very understanding to customer service workers, since I have worked in customer service for years. There is no reason to get upset with giving a refund, it was strictly due to not having 20 minutes to spare for a coffee before work and nothing personal.

Best service I’ve ever had at ANY Starbucks! I was told my favorite flavor was seasonal and out of season and ordered a different drink. When I got my drink, one of the baristas asked me if I’d like to try a similar drink to my favorite that was available and gave me a grande to try for free! Went out of their way to try to make sure I was satisfied! Awesome service and always quick!

the staff are friendly, but each time I try and get my favorite drink, the Mocha cookie crumble, or my mom tries to get her drinks, they’re always made incorrectly or with dairy when asked to use almond milk (my mom is lactose intolerant). I just got a mocha cookie crumble and it tastes more like a vanilla latte which im not too fond of.

The associates are polite but I have been here several times over the last year and every single time my drink is made incorrectly. It is a simple macchiato with adding hazelnut syrup upside down. Every single time it does not have vanilla that comes with a macchiato and is never upside down. This last time it wasn’t made with the correct milk either.
