Ordered an impossible whopper that was extremely over cooked. The fact they still chose to sell it after physically seeing it, is outrageous. Also selling fountain drinks that clearly do not have syrup, all carbon. I worked at a Burger King for 5 years and never made customers pay for my lack of consideration for food that people consume. It isn’t hard work just plain laziness. Please re evaluate your staff and managers as well as food that you sell to the public.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. Or ask for your food to be made fresh. Order at your own risk I guess. This establishment is worse than fast food near the war zone. If you know , you know.

The worst possible experience. We came in to eat before I had to go to work and waited 30 minutes. They had half our order waiting for 15 minutes while we were waiting on whoppers. When my husband went to ask what was going on an older man came up and started to argue. Another employee who looked 18 said this was stupid and proceeded to throw the food back on the hot plate. And while we waited over a dozen cars when through the drive thu. We even had trouble getting a refund for the food we never got. On top of that the seating area was nasty. Obviously this place takes no pride in cleanliness and customer service. Will not ever be back.

Paid $11 for a Ch’King meal and got a bunch of cold slop in a bag. The Ch’King was worse and smaller than a McDonald’s McChicken that’s only a $1. Cold and obviously made long, long ago. An the sauce was even curdled as you can clearly see in the picture. The fries were hard and nasty. An I even had to ask for my drinks and credit card back since they thought they were going to keep those.

Came into this location last Wednesday evening close to closing because I ordered from the App but was there earlier than the pickup time and didn’t want to delay the drive-in. The people at this location were so genuine, professional and nice and although I waited some minutes, they made up my order pretty quickly. I know it’s “just” fast food but the experience can make or break an evening sometimes! They honestly made mine and my parent’s night after a flight. Fries were fresh and all the burger orders were perfect. Thanks guys!

The biscuits and crasandwiches were very good. Sweet was perfect and coffee was steaming hot as it should be. Employees were very polite & helpful. Great work yall.

2 years ago I gave this place a 5 star. Today it’s a one star. There was 2 young boys and the manager older man very rude all three. There was a girl inside she had been waiting 30 minutes for a small order. They ignored us for like 10 minutes then proceeded to take our order. When they handed me my order was incomplete then the boy said do you need something I told him yes I am waiting on a second bag. They forgot my sauces. So I asked for the ones I wanted and he still didn’t give them to me. I said thank you once I asked again and he walked away. The other girl as well that was waiting said thank you and nothing not even have a good night or anything. The customer service there needs to improve and the manager needs to be more friendly. Visited on 11/17/23 9:20pm ish

Tuesday I stopped at bernalillo Burger King ordered 3 original chicken sandwichs 3 fries and a brisket whopper.
Took a while then they didn’t give me my French fries.
Wasn’t going to sit through that traffic on 550 again. Can’t they double check the orders. Now I out money and French fries

There was a young man who helped us today. Super nice. I would recommend this BK any day. I loved the Fiery Dragon Mozzarella Fries from the movie “How to Train Your Dragon” movie. Great food, great price, great service, and all this with great friends.
