The food was good and came out quickly. The staff were pleasant and seemed friendly enough. Only issue was it could have been kept up a little better. That though may have been due the fact that during the time we were there it was extremely busy.

I’ve never seen a team of employees work better together than the team at Dairy Queen in Scottsville ~ it’s all teamwork all the time. Everyone has such a great attitude and amazing customer service. Truly, I’ve never seen anything like it. I don’t know what the secret sauce is behind the cohesiveness and professionalism of this team, but it’s just incredible.

When coming into store to pick up an Uber eats delivery I heard and listened to two employees talking bad. Saying things like Uber comes whenever they want this and that. This is the people who make your food talking behind customers back managers need to do something about this it has been reported to corporate.

I have put in the mobile order last three days for lunch at this dairy queen and every time I’ve had to ask for my ice cream cause they, oh I forgot or just didn’t look. And I have to spend my whole lunch break, waiting on my food.
It should not take 30 minutes to do a mobile order. Especially when they’re not that busy, I understand the first time because they were busy.
But dus not excuse them forgetting my ice cream but the past 2 days, they were not busy. They still couldn’t get food out at eight appropriate time frame.
