The breakfast Bagel melted in my mouth. The sandwich was delicious. Definitely as close to perfection as you can get. The price was the same as dunkin but way better. I went out of my way to try Bagel Factory and should anyone wantinga delicious Bagel. I would strongly recommend Bagel Factory.

Not only the BEST bagels in town…..also the absolute greatest customer service. Today my team enjoyed a few dozen bagels and an assortment of specialty cream cheeses before our all store meeting. Every person on our 27 person team raved about how fresh and delicious everything was. Many said it was the best bagel they ever had. I have been a big fan of Bagel Factory since moving here from LI NY several years ago. I was so happy to hear my team now knows how amazing this place is.
Amazing food aside, they were so accommodating and kind through the whole process. They made sure our large order was ready as soon as they opened so we could start our meeting on time. My co-worked who picked up the bagels for us kept saying how nice and cheerful everyone working at Bagel Factory this morning was. I know today is their busiest day and I am so grateful for their above and beyond customer service to make sure we were taken care of first thing this morning.

We ordered two iced coffees and two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels – one on gluten-free onion bagel. The onion bagel was so good! I wanted to stop by a second time before leaving the area but couldn’t get there. Definitely going back the next time!

I was very excited to find gluten free bagels! They have cinnamon raisin, onion, and plain. I’m also dairy free so I got a few to take home and have enjoyed them with dairy free cream cheese.
I put them in a gallon size bag in the freezer. When I’m ready for one, I microwave for 30 sec, then pop it in my air fryer for 4 min to toast it.

This place is the real deal! Long Island style salt water bagels that are huge and delicious. There are many different bagels to choose from too. And their homemade cream cheese is top notch. Creamy and packed with flavor. Also many flavors to choose from. We got plain, chive, veggie and garlic herb and each was delicious! Definitely recommend this bagel joint and our server said the main location, 21st Street in Myrtle Beach is where they make both the bagels and the cream cheese which is delivered fresh to their other 3 locations daily!

Best bagels. Best cream cheese. Met Bruce at Kroger. He told me to come here. Worth the drive. My picky 11 year old ate his entire bagel with egg and bacon. I had the French toast bagel with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese. My daughters got bagels with strawberry cream cheese. Everything we got was amazing.
