Most of the time when I order, they make my food quickly and it comes out well. The only issue I’ve had was when I ordered on Halloween. It took nearly 2 hours to get our food (one pizza and some breadsticks) delivered. I only live a couple of minutes away, too.

When I’m inside, the place looks so empty. No tables or chairs for customers to sit. There’s rarely more than 2 staff working. I wouldn’t say they’re friendly, but they’re not unprofessional. The older man working there as a delivery driver is always friendly, though. When I come to pick up my order, it’s a quick process.

There’s several parking spots, but you can also park on the street.

UPDATE: After that order below, the whole family has decided this location is not worth our money. Not enough toppings on anything. Being that cheap loses customers, so do they really save???

My family orders from this location, but I’m the only one complaining. Order a “regular” pizza and it’s all good, but I ordered a large cheese steak pizza and there weren’t enough toppings to make a sandwich! I literally had to say, “Where’s the beef?” Plus, we recently went to Montana and now I know what the spinach and feta bread I usually order should look like – lots of spinach and feta! I won’t order anything from here again. I hope it doesn’t stop the rest of the family, but it usually does.

Halloween Horror at Domino’s Where to start? After waiting 45 minutes, I called to check on our order. The girl on the phone explained it would be another 90 minutes because it’s Halloween and they were busy. She kept making excuses–claiming there was no way to communicate delays through the app and that delivery times are “based on averages.” Frustrated, I hung up since there wasn’t much to do but tend to trick-or-treaters. An hour later, my wife received an email that our order had been cancelled. She called back and spoke with the same girl–who identified herself as the manager–and was told the order was cancelled because I hung up on her. No confirmation call. No email. Nothing. The order was already paid for; if we wanted to cancel, we would have done so in the app. When I called back, I asked for her name and for contact info for the owner–just a name or email to file a complaint. She refused, saying she didn’t “feel safe” and didn’t have to provide it, then made it about her feelings. We’ve ordered from Domino’s for 40 years in five different states–and from this location for the past two. Never again. This so-called “manager” is in way over her head. Shame on Domino’s and the owner of this store for letting someone like this represent their brand.

This place is crappy theres two restrooms and there locked for employees only …. I asked to use the restroom and was denied the guy in front of me slid the cashier 5 bucks and got the key ….. When I tried to even pay I was denied due to “being a cracker “by the cashier with the big black beard

I waited over an hour for our order of ONE pizza. Inside the lobby, they removed every single chair and table. There was only the window sill to sit on. Restrooms for staff use only. Approximately 20 other people were waiting for their orders as well. It was abysmal, especially watching the staff work very inefficiently. Save yourself the headache and order from a different location.

The removal of ALL chairs and customer bathrooms greatly diminished the atmosphere and my desire for patronizing. Customer service and issue resolution, both in the store and online, is above average IMO.
