Ordered Cheesesteak, Flatbread and Fries and quesadillas for pickup and this is what received. Spent over $45 for this ridiculous. Called to discuss this order and the manager was completely rude and horrible disrespectful and had the nerve to say this is “what I asked for”when I asked for refund. Terrible will never go there again! Customer Service is unbelievable. All the food was unable to eaten. Flatbread hard as ever, quesadilla was drenched in grease it was so slimy. It taste like uncooked dough. Cheesesteak greasy and mushy. Don’t waste your money and go there.

This was our very first visit and it was delicious. We Love that the pizza crust was crispy all the way to the center of the pizza. Our server was Emma and she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant and answered out questions about the delivery service. We will definitely be back to try other items.

We’ve ordered probably from Milano’s probably five or 6 times. While it’s always been good, tonight’s order was very good. It was one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had in a long time without going to a few places in Philly. Pizza was hot and fresh and delivery driver was extremely friendly as always. Thanks for another great experience!!
