First called in to ask about a special they had, the employee was oblivious to what that the promotion was. I had to hang up and order online. To then never receive my pizza. I called they kept hanging up after 2 and a half hours of waiting I DROVE over to them to get my refund. The lady still told me I would get my pizza delivered for free. Never received, will never order from this store again.

I ordered my delivery at 2:30pm, and didn’t receive it until 5pm. The app said that my order was undergoing “quality checks” for TWO HOURS until it finally said my driver was out for delivery at 4:30pm (except she didn’t leave the store’s parking lot until ten minutes later). Tried calling their locations number for hours prior with no response, zero customer service whatsoever. Pizza arrived lukewarm.

I never order Dominos and this is why. I placed an order for a Daycare to be delivered at 11am (Naranja Homestead location, they said it was going to be delivered at that exact time. 11:30 kids were very hungry and nothing yet. My order was not ready when it was supposed to be. The tracker stated that my order was ready. When I went to go in to pick up my order I had to wait. My order not ready and was done wrong. My mistake for not opening up the box to check it. My daughter wanted pineapples on her pizza. They did not cook the pineapple with the pizza they just threw the pineapples on top of the pizza. I ordered a med pepperoni pizza and a stuffed cheese bread. I say this because I expected the order to be completed promptly since the app said 12-15 minutes. I received my order about an hour after I placed it. I was upset so I went inside to voice my frustration but when I walked in I saw Jeovany (I asked his name afterwards) and he was completely alone. He told me my order was next but he had an order for 30 pizzas that was right before me. I say all this because even though he was alone for a long time he kept cranking out pizzas. While I was waiting I saw that a delivery driver stepped up and helped pack up the pizza.
Jeovany did nothing or of the ordinary. He didn’t complain about anything he just said “I’m sorry, I’m doing my best” and kept making pizza. I respect the fact that he didn’t complain and just held the store down. I left the store while he was still working on the giant order then returned once it was ready but by then everyone else showed up. And I understand that things happen and you might be late for work but I just wanted to make sure someone said something positive about Jeovany cause his coworkers might say “Oh my bad” or go and explain why they should up late. But I want everyone to know I truly appreciate Jeovany for the hard work!

I order pickup from this store all the time. But the last 3 or 4 times the pizza barely has any cheese it’s mostly bread and sauce. Like they want you to have to pay for extra cheese. Please PUT CHEESE ON THE PIZZA! Next time I will check the pizza there.

Wondering why I’m being charged double for my food when I check my transactions I went back to the store thinking it was a mistake, the manager told me it wasn’t a mistake and that it automatically charged me double because I used a cash app card!? I have never had this problem before then I have to wait 1-2 business days to get my refund back on pizza I never received. I will never return to this location. That it’s ridiculous. It seems more like a scam, I always go to this location and never heard of this! Please be careful and pay attention to your transaction history!!!! Store #3128
