So I guess they should be known for terrible service and skimping on the rice. My wife keeps telling me to stop eating here but I don’t listen and get disappointed every time. The lady that took my order had a very unwelcoming attitude, rushed me on my order, tossed my food in the bag and made my bowl like I was a kid. I would not come back, service sucks. She put more sour cream than she put rice

they brought the chicken al pastor back so i had to go get it. i went and ordered it to go. when i got to work, i saw that they had given me the wrong meat. they gave me regular al pastor. very upset cause i don’t eat red meat. i went back the next day and of course when i asked for extra meat, the lady tried to force double on me. i said no, just a little more and she literally scooped one piece of chicken. i’m so irritated with chipotle and their cheap selves. gonna stick to cava from now on.

Went in today for 2 chicken bowls. Minds you I’m sitting here watching all orders be made and they are giving a healthy portion of everything. When my time comes I get a lady that came out he back pretty sure it was a manager one guy added my rice and now it’s her turn I asked for chicken. Barely a scoop in my head I’m like wait a min. I know that’s not it. I asked for a lil more chicken she puts ONE PIECE on the bowl. I ask again and was told I had to pay more for double meat. Wait what??? I just sat here and watch the other orders but not even that I had wayyyyy more rice than meat I just don’t understand that. I basically paid for a bowl with rice a veggies at this point. Thats not even okay. Very dissatisfied. And I come here a lot smh

I went Friday night and ordered my usual. Chicken soft tacos, I started eating about 15 mins away from the restaurant, I live about 30 mins away. The chicken tasted hard and old and the salsa was nasty and to spicy. I ate half of one and couldn’t eat anymore. Because it was too late I tried to call to let them know I would be in the next day. When I got there the next day it was a line. Told the cashier what happened and she said “get it line “.. not sorry for your inconvenience, we’ll make it right or showed any empathy! But i got line by the time I got to register she wasn’t there. The little girl at the register said I had to get the manager, she was tacky and had no customer service skills either! After a little back and forth I got my fresh order. Got it in the car and took a bite and it was nasty too ! Chicken didn’t have any season and it didn’t taste as fresh and good as itv usually does. I will not go to this location again. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went. They are too expensive to settle.

Love chipotle on hwy 85! My food was very good and well seasoned. The guacamole normally no season but yesterday it was seasoned well. I also love the portion size. Thanks Chipotle!

I came in for the Buy One, Get One deal and ordered 3 bowls, which should have given me 3 free. Instead, my receipt shows I was charged for 4 bowls (plus the guacamole I did purchase). When I asked the manager to fix the overcharge, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to re-check the order.
The receipt clearly shows an extra bowl was charged, but she kept insisting the promotion was applied correctly without actually addressing the mistake.

Very disrespectful jay(guy with long dreads ) said they were out of rice as we watch him place a full container on the counter behind him ! Asked about it said it was for other customers for later in the night who haven’t come in yet to make sure they have some for closing ! Asked for supervisor jay lied and said he was the manager and then started laughing ! Tee ( the actual supervisor female ) also very rude didn’t help said they would make more time was 9:20 the store closes at 11 . I watched at the employee still didn’t do what the supervisor said he started cutting meat which was full. Supervisor tee wouldn’t give actual name just Nick name. Sad that I eat here all the time and the late crew always are so unprofessional! Also states the company discontinued chimichurri but the customer before me had one ! If sales at the store at night are down it’s the Crew

The worst service from chipotle ever this is not the first time the portions have been so small, but it is going to be the last time I’m done with chipotle, especially the one where employees are trying to get over on customers if I go into a Chipotle and order my food portions are good if I order it for delivery order for pick up this is what I get. I guess they don’t want you using the app and earning rewards. And I will make sure to spread the word for you.
