We have loved this Starbucks mostly because of the employees. Every time we have gone there, the customer service is fantastic and they are so kind and easy to work with. I have my same grievance that I have with every Starbucks which is that I believe the coffee and food is way overpriced. I usually only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card because I don’t feel good about spending so much money on something that isn’t that great and is a huge chain. I’d rather spend the same amount at a local coffee shop that has far better coffee and bakery items.

It is really a SLOPP ORDER .I ordered a iced matcha from this location. Let’s see how they package my order. I paid $17 for nothing . Unbelievable!!!

Starbucks plz my beloved, you are so nice and you write such nice things on my drinks, but PLZ, I need a straw when I order a frappe delivery this is like the 7th time I’ve had to spoon eat my coffee. Very poor customer service. If they run out of the right lid for your drink size, don’t expect them to demonstrate any empathy or to offer a useful solution. I was literally told today that they are “too busy to help customers that way”. So take your chances – if they have the right supplies, you may be fine. But otherwise, don’t you dare presume to stand in the way of their moneymaking.

I stopped this morning to get a venti hot tea. When I came to the drive through window to pick up my order. I was handed a Grande sized hot tea when I questioned it. I was met with an incredibly rude young lady. As well as an even ruder manager who told me that it was venti. And I was confused about the size. This Starbucks is the closest one to my house. And I continuously have issues with attitude and just overall rudeness. It’s a shame that I will have to drive to Cumberland Parkway, Starbucks as that is the club. Closest, one from the one in Carlisle.

For several years, I have frequented Starbucks locations throughout the country. However, Carlisle, which is conveniently located near my hometown, has become my preferred destination. The staff at this establishment is exceptionally dedicated, and the management team has demonstrated remarkable leadership. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are an avid Starbucks enthusiast.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in PA. Amazing staff with a great sense of humor. Always nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are selling and providing to their customers. Good job!!!

Not a bad location overall, hard to access from the poorly designed plaza and when we visited the drive through was down. Luckily they were very quick inside so we didn’t wait very long
